    We were very impressed with how spacious, clean and comfortable our suite was. We parked our car under the building, so our car was safe and secure at all times.The suite had everything we needed and the full kitchen was especially convenient during our trip. We bought our groceries at a large grocery store a few kilometers away. The kitchen was well equipped, modern and made our stay feel much more relaxing than a standard hotel room.The best part of our stay was how close the hotel was to a fantastic beach. We were able to leave our valuables at the hotel and walk down to the beach for the day.Easy walk to the old town and many walking trails.We would definitely stay here again.

    This place is not well kept and not convenient for a vacation. The poolis not clean, hot tub doesn't have water in it. No basic amenities provided like coffee, tea, salt pepper etc. Not even a bottle of water. One roll of toilet paper. Couch has poles sticking through it. If you plan to vacation and are prepared to bring every single thing from home or just won't be in the room it's fine. Also the tv is old and you cannot stream your netflix or anything. Staff also refuse to provide information about the area unless they can upsell somehow. Asked where we could go to a restaurant and was told it was a 15 minute walk meanwhile there are restaurants at the beach and at other nearby hotels. This was one of the more expensive properties so we assumed it would be high end. Stayed in a similar unit earlier in our vacation that was far cheaper but had everything you needed for your stay in that apartment and always available friendly staff.

    The hotel is located walking distance to Dona Anna beach. The hotel is beautiful with a kitchen and 2 washrooms. The receptionist Vanessa was the sweetest. Excellent customer service. She loves her job. The hotel had a pool. The hotel offered beach towels and an umbrella to use at the beach.

    Apartment suites close to the beach

    These are lovely and well equipped apartments close to Praia Ana beach. The balcony was lovely, and parking was easy. Check in was at another loaction, but that may have been due to it being later in the day. There is a front desk person during the day. There is no restaurant on site, but there is an excellent lunch and dinner spot two doors down. There are also two mini-marts within site selling all manner of food and drinks and beach supplies. It is about a 20 minute walk into old town, or a very cheap and quick Uber ride. The abandoned building next door get significant mention in reviews. It is enormous, but not really visible from the rooms and seems quite quiet. If you want a full service hotel, look elsewhere. If you want a large, clean apartment with ocean views at the beach, look here.

    Incident of Intrusion During HolidayI’m writing to express my deep concerns about an extremely distressing incident that occurred during my recent stay at the hotel, which unfortunately overshadowed what had been a lovely holiday up until that point.On our last evening, we experienced a highly alarming situation where an intruder gained unauthorized access to our apartment. The intrusion occurred around 10 PM, and after the incident, we immediately contacted the police. We also reached out to the front desk/management after we had successfully managed to get the intruder out of our room.While the staff responded well once we informed them, the emotional distress and anxiety caused by this situation were overwhelming. Not only was our personal safety compromised, but the entire incident disrupted what was supposed to be a relaxing end to our holiday.Due to the severity of this experience, I can not recommend this hotel, despite the generally good service we received throughout our stay. The lack of security and the breach of safety were significant issues.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address this situation and improve security moving forward.
