Disappointed with the beach.

We watched YouTube reviews for this hotel before booking it. We thought the beach was nice, but when we got there we were so disappointed! There were many small rocks in the water, so there were only few people in there water! The beach was one of the top factors for us to book a hotel.

Jose from Coco Cafe was amazing! This place had the best food like crepes ice cream and hot chocolate. It was a place in the main lobby.

More of a nap, than a Dream

The partial ocean view was 90% blocked with an awning and trees. The food left a lot to be desired, bland and tough steaks. The beach is too small to have equipment remove the sargassum so it has to be raked by hand, bagged and hauled out through the pool area. The sea/beach was red flagged all 5 days we were there. They just can't keep up. The rooms are clean and large enough, but there are glass doors, for little privacy in the shower and none in vanity area. Very little to do other than pools when beach is shut down. Entertainment was okay. The resort is very clean and staff is constantly cleaning public areas. The staff was very helpful and eager to please. With the beach shut down we could have been at an all inclusive anywhere in Texas or Florida. Drinks we plentiful and good. Tip to have the best service.
