This hotel enjoys a wonderful central location at the heart of Lisbon that allows easy and convenient access to a wide range of cultural and tourist sights. Links to the public transport network are to be found close by, located about 100 m from the hotel, and there are countless shopping venues, bars, restaurants and nightclubs to be found in the vicinity (250 m - 2.5 km away). Lisbon Airport is about 6 km from the hotel and it is 22 km to the nearest beach.

Facility

The hotel has 6 suites, 27 single rooms and 254 double rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Location is perfect . Walking distance to Liberdade. Modern and warm. Rooms are designed for comfort including the bed and bedding. The price is right. Most importantly the staff and, particularly, guest director Karim make your stay a home away from home. Sincere and professional. The bar has great music every night so a night cap is virtually required. I can’t imagine a reason to be unhappy.     A recent conference was held in this hotel, and were we glad it was. This is a superb establishment, and well positioned in the centre of Lisbon. Service from check-in to the dining room and the maintenance team was excellent - regarding the latter, our safe didn't work when we arrived but it was sorted immediately with efficiency and commitment. The room was luxurious and very comfortable, whilst the bathroom was large, clean and well appointed. Breakfasts were great despite being quite busy, with a huge and enticing selection to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay at this version of Epic SANA - it is highly recommended.
