    Avoid this hotel

    rating29 May 2026

I would strongly recommend avoiding the Radisson Blu Hotel Lisbon. Our stay was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had.The first issue was the air conditioning, which did not work in our room. In fact, the hallway was noticeably cooler than the room itself, making it very uncomfortable. The hotel was also experiencing elevator problems. The elevator buttons had been removed, and the signage directing guests to the service elevators was either poorly placed or completely absent, creating confusion and inconvenience.Inside the room, several basic amenities and furnishings were lacking. There was no hair dryer provided, and the second bed was in terrible condition, with a significant depression in the middle that caused your head and feet to be elevated above the rest of your body, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Most disappointing was the response from management. We brought all of these issues to the attention of the manager during our stay, but our concerns appeared to be ignored, and no meaningful effort was made to address them.Given the combination of poor room conditions, maintenance issues, and lack of management responsiveness, I cannot recommend this hotel and would encourage travelers to consider other options in Lisbon.

    DO NOT STAY HERE

    rating21 May 2026

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!!We had reservations made through Expedia by our travel agent for 2 rooms at this hotel for 1 night in July 2025 prior to our flight home.Upon arrival at the hotel, the front desk attendant stated that they did not have a reservation for us. I supplied them with the itinerary numbers provided by Expedia for the reservation and they stated that they still could not fined a reservation for us. With no other recourse and not expecting to be charged for 2 rooms they said we did not have reservations for, we booked one room for the 5 of us for the night.Upon our return home and receiving our credit card statement they charged us for all 3 rooms. We initiated a dispute with our credit card company, The hotel claimed that the rooms were available and that we did not show up. If you look at their guest list for that night you would indeed see that we were there. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND CAN NOT BE TRUSTEDSTAY ANYWHERE ELSE

We stayed at Radisson for 4 nights during our holiday in Lisbon. It was supposed to be a relaxing and enjoyable trip, but unfortunately our stay affected the experience because we couldn't sleep well.As a VIP member, we were upgraded to a superior room, which we appreciated. However, the soundproofing was very poor. You could hear everything, people talking in the hallway, doors opening and closing, and the worst part .. the construction noise. Our room was on the 4th floor. Every morning we were woken up by people talking in the hallway and extremely loud construction noise. After the second morning, we couldn't tolerate it anymore, so we asked to change rooms. The receptionist said that construction work was on the 1st, 2nd, and 4th floors, and moved us to the 5th floor. Unfortunately, the construction noise was still very loud even there, so our sleep quality remained poor.I really regret choosing Radisson in Lisbon. The noise woke us up every morning and significantly affected our stay. The hotel should avoid assigning rooms close to floors with construction work, especially considering how old the building is and how poor the soundproofing is.The only reason I’m giving one star is the breakfast. The staff there were friendly, and there was a good variety of options.

    Disappointing

    rating13 May 2026

The bathroom is cramped. Toilet too close to the sink and difficult to sit on. The shower was very slippery. Breakfast buffet looked nice but was cold although it looked heated. Coffee was not good. We ended up going somewhere else for coffee. The hotel room needs reform.

Terrible- honest goes a long way

Check in was an easy process. The lobby was good but after getting off of the elevator I was immediately disappointed. The carpet had huge stains, the wallpaper was coming off and the place smelled. Once in our room my husband called from the restroom- NO WATER! I called the service desk and the lady said they were doing some work on the first floor and water would be back on. I heard drilling on the 5th floor and went over to the next hallway to discover a crew with pipes all exposed. Another hotel person came along and said give them an hour or hour and a half. Totally not cool!!!! As they were refunding our money they made no mention to other guests checking in. I was looking forward to staying there and being so close to the airport.
