    Overall we had a lovely experience primarily due to Fatima and the property’s unique location. Fatima was lovely, incredibly helpful and even found the most remarkable driver to take us to Sintra. Unfortunately the air conditioner in the bedroom didn’t work and the one in the lounge room leaked water. I guess you have to understand that things break. Amenities were nice and clean. The rooms are rather basic but more than appropriate. The location is fantastic, across the road from the Douro River and amongst restaurants and port cellars. We enjoyed our stay.

    Loved our vacation It was just perfect place to spend our family vacation in Porto Walking distance to everywhere .Perfect location , beautiful views , and Fatima at front fest was super nice , very helpful, they provided full breakfast every day , even our flight was very early last day , they delivered food the night before , so kids can eat before our flight .Definitely will stay there if we visited Porto again .

    We stayed here for 6 days. The location cant be beat. It was very easy to walk across the bridge to Porto. There were several restaurants right below the apartment where we had easy access to meals or cocktails. We were very close to shopping and most importantly all the port houses. Sofia gave us some great restaurant recommendations and was very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were super clean and nicely decorated. I would stay here again and would highly recommend it.

    The receptionist at the apartments was welcoming and extremely helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean, with modern fittings and furnishings. I particularly admired the air conditioning units which had pictures mounted on them to disguise their functionality.In the morning a decent breakfast was delivered to the room.The room provided a magnificent view of the Douro River and the nearby bridge. Below us there were many restaurants to choose from and a pleasant street to walk along. It was an excellent location for a stay in Porto.

    The 296 Heritage Apartments are in a Fantastic location, they are quiet, clean, come with a great breakfast and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. Elevator is helpful with luggage. I was worried about it being too noisy but it was very quiet- we were facing the backside of the building..
