    Beautiful Hotel

    Hotel is beautiful and rooms were stunning. Only issue is they don’t have enough beach umbrellas for all the guests. That is kind of frustrating. Staff was nice but one day housekeeping left our door open and when I let the front desk know they seemed unbothered. The Peruvian restaurant was really good and pool areas are very small.

    The hotel is beautiful but not worth the price. We had the Sal de Arenal room with an ocean view and our AC unit was leaking the entire stay. We had to use all our hotel room towels to soak the constantly dripping water. Called the front desk multiple times and they said they would send someone up and no one ever came. The wall behind the bed had dirty brown splatter on it that was pretty disgusting to look at. Pool is beautiful, music and vibe are great but had zero towels when we went. Took 30 minutes to get towels. We placed a small order - ceviche and fish tacos - and our server forgot to put the order in twice. After over an hour we went inside to place the order ourselves, the food came out in 5 minutes and we walked it out to the pool ourselves. Save your money and stay at a different hotel and just get a day pass to the pool. Limo restaurant on the roof was the highlight - wonderful ambiance, service and food. Otherwise we were pretty disappointed in the experience.

    The hotel was recently renovated, very clean and beautiful. The view from the room is breathtaking and the beach is private which is a plus. The heated pool on the 2nd floor was so relaxing in the evening.

    We had an amazing experience. The hotel has a perfect location with the beach out the front door and restaurants around the corner. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful.
