    There is absolutely nothing redeeming about this hotel. And to be clear, I did not book this place, it was a hotel that was chosen for us as part of a group of people travelling to attend and stay at a tournament. The hotel is not 3*. The rooms are spacious and appear clean, but when we checked our beds my linens had red stains on them. maybe nail polish or lipstick? My daughter’s bed linen had a stain on the top sheet. We changed room due to this and because we had no hot water. There’s insufficient lighting in the room. One lamp only.The food is HORRIBLE. Don’t even bother eating anything here. There’s a bar that opens on some weird timetable that is inconsistent. I asked for a red wine and was told no, they didn’t have any. But I could see a bottle on the counter! I pointed to it and barman still said no. Maybe he was doing me a kindness and saving me from gut-rot? And you’re in the middle of nowhere! There’s a drive through McDonalds and Burger King close by. Take your life in your own hands hopping across the road to get to the Burger King. But the best bit… BED BUGS!!! A lady in our party found bed bugs in her room. They admitted they had an issue with bed bugs and claimed the hotel was just fumigated. Not while we were there. The hotel is located in a very run down neighborhood, packs of dogs roaming around, nowhere nearby to go to, no nearby attractions. You can get to a supermarket about 15 mins walk away. You’ll need to go to get food. Uber doesn’t work here so if you’re looking to get Uber eats or get an Uber to escape to somewhere else, forget it. We’ve got 2 more nights in this dump and we’re all torching our belongings when we get home.

    NO HOT WATER. Need I say more? Back up your bag and leave. They told us water would be fixed "tomorrow". Tomorrow never came. Gave us a key to get into another room in a villa where you literally have to pack up a bag and leave the building. Had luke warm water for 1 minute . And they refused our request for a refund. In what world is it acceptable to run a hotel with no hot water? Ended up getting sick because this is what happens when you can't wash your hands with hot water!Pictures show a fitness center... there isn't one. Front desk is trained to say "it's under construction"This place is a scam. Don't go there.

    Stayed with my baseball team it's absolutely terrible all the bad reviews are spot on. In the middle of nowhere the restaurants food was cold and terrible. Do not go here we had a towel given to us with human feces on it and the rooms have mold there was absolutely no cold water and the casino is rigged. The only things there were to do is walk to Burger King and McDonald's. Which the service is also very slow at Its in the middle of the hood there's wild packs of dogs that roam around and horses that roam around. There was also a thing that looked to be a camera or audio recorder on top of the door and when I used Snapchat AI and asked what it was it said it was a audio recorder and the worst part was the beds. When I lifted up the sheets to check for red stains like the other reviews said there were my bed was covered in them and there was also hair and when I when I woke up the first night there was rashes all over my body. There are 5 star hotels all over the place that are so much better than this one like Hilton or hard rock

    No hot water and one night of no running water. Food was terrible nothing was enjoyable about this trip. Nothing in the area to do and the service is terrible. No room service at all phones did not work and doors don’t even lock this place is a huge waste of money and you are better off going anywhere else.
