    I traveled here in Doha and stayed here for 3days,this hotel is beautiful,clean,and fast service,and specially the staff named Cristina she’s kind and fast service and friendly this girl is such a good hard working,really recommend hotel for u guys to stay

    I am very disappointed with the service provided by the hotel staff. When my food order was delivered by the courier, the staff failed to take responsibility for ensuring it reached the correct guest. Instead of confirming the room number on the order, they blamed another guest who mistakenly took the food. This clearly shows a lack of professionalism and accountability. As a guest, I expect the staff to be more attentive and to prevent such issues with a simple procedure like verifying the room number before handing over the order.

    I stayed for 2 Nights and had a great experience.I booked this place on Discover Qatar , while doing went through reviews but it was more then expected.All the staff members are very good and cooperative, a special mention for Mercy at the reception who made sure to help me out inspite of my early arrival.Neat and clean place close to various cafeterias around.Will visit again soon

    Unprofessional Staff & Poor Service – Disappointing Experience

    I had a very disappointing experience at Al Mansour Plaza Hotel, Qatar. The receptionist, Mohammed, was unprofessional—he addressed guests as “boss”, did not wear a name tag, took a long time for check-in, and did not follow proper check-in/out procedures. There was no warm greeting, and overall, the service felt disorganized.Additionally, there was no manager or supervisor available to address concerns. The business center was restricted to staff only, which is highly unusual, and when I tried to print a document, the receptionist spoke to me rudely, saying guests were not allowed to use it.Moreover, room service was not available 24/7, which is inconvenient for guests. A hotel should ensure basic hospitality services are met, but this hotel failed in multiple areas.I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for professional service and a comfortable stay. There are much better options in Qatar.

    Dirtiest hotel have ever had the misfortune of staying in. Cockroaches sheets don’t fit leaving exposed dirty mattress protecter other people have slept on. Cracked tiles in bathroom and grubby. Room was never hoovered in two weeks there was something on the carpet and was there for 2 weeks. Given used toiletries one day and lots of dark hair in the bathroom which wasn’t cleaned and I don’t have dark hair. Lamps didn’t work kettle didn’t work heating also didn’t work and it took one hour ten minutes and three trips to reception to borrow a hairdryer. You will get very little sleep form other guests banging doors and children running up and down the corridor screaming late at night. No regard for environmental impact everything is single use even the cups. Was only ever given tea and sugar. No coffee or milk was ever provided. No plugs in bathroom sink both rooms I stayed in.
