    Good experience. Only the rooftop pool was very small.Breakfast buffet at 2nd floor restaurant was excellent. Their customer service was also very good. Specially Mr Rifak treated us very well. And also Ms Ibtissal treated us very well.

    Honestly, I was truly impressed by the outstanding service we received during our stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff consistently checked on us and made sure that everything was comfortable and satisfactory.The breakfast was excellent, and I would especially like to thank Ibtissam, who was working in the breakfast area, for her kindness and for making sure everything was perfect. Rodney was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, and Mohammed also went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed.The entire team was professional, friendly, and welcoming, which made our experience even more enjoyable.     I chose this hotel for a short transit stay in Doha with my wife and 2-year-old child. Before arrival, the hotel confirmed by email that a baby crib would be arranged for our stay.At check-in, I was told the crib would be sent to the room. After waiting for over an hour, I called reception and was again told it was being arranged. I went out for a few hours and, upon returning, the crib was still not there. After another call to reception, it was finally sent, but by then I was leaving the hotel about an hour later for my onward flight, so it was of little use.I also had issues with the Wi-Fi after check-in, as the Wi-Fi credentials provided for my room were not working initially and I had to contact reception for assistance.The staff were polite but I was disappointed by the lack of follow-through on a request that had been confirmed in advance. I have stayed in many hotels over the years but, for a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected better organization and did not expect this level of mismanagement.
