    The hotel was rundown and felt dirty. There was water in various spots in the bathroom. The toilet worked poorly, I had to remove the cover to stop it from flushing all night. The bed is very hard. No restaurant in hotel, only in-room service. Breakfast was reasonably priced and had a lot of food. The most positive part was that the Internet was fast - but my colleague had a bad Internet experience, so I might just have gotten lucky being close to the access point.

    I don’t recommend this hotel at all as the staff have a bad behaviour towards the guests and specially the receptionist who was working on the night shift on the 15th of September he's name is ashuk he was very rude and he didn’t even respect as a guest i’m real disappointed and i hope that the management team will follow up regarding this issue

    As running a star hotel and for extra bottle of water need to pay , what a joke and the gentleman reception when I called he was rude and insisting me to pay and get the bottles , just for the peoples please bring ur own bottle of water if you coming to stay in this hotel 🥵

    Starting from check-in at the reception to all the way to room, complete disappointment. Reception desk untidy with a front desk agent, rolled up sleeves and hanging tie assists you. His demeanour is rude and very unprofessional. Room had cockroaches crawling around on the floors and even out of refrigerator. AC and Refrigerator were not cooling. Toiletries are hand soap 01 mini disk, 01 shower gel, 01 body wash and if you request anything it’s chargeable. Although you are provided with decent size stove and wash basin with cabinets but no utensils. On two cups for tea/coffee. Requesting anything by dialing “0” is like asking them to mock you for making a request.

    I went with my husband in our special anniversary day. Everything was fine.The room was quiet and nice. Just relaxing. But difficult to take the taxi. We could order room service and the foods was really nice and very big.
