Facility

English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Rooms

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include half board, full board and all-inclusive. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options. Non-alcoholic beverages are available.

    Visited sealine beach hotel for an occasion of my husbands birthday!!! Surprised by the room decor by team Housekeeping and suite ! Room location was so central to cover everything nearby including beach and swimming pool. Staff was super professional and friendly. Had tour around the property by Mr. Nabaraj with amazing brief about the place and rooms. Had amazing relaxed time. Shall visit again soon.

    Nice open place with beautiful green grass and clean beach, the food is great but expensive to what is being provided and there was no seafood in the buffet, Merweb Suite is great, however the employees need to have a better attitude and be more cooperative

    Formal Complaint: Breach of "Family-Only Zone" Policy – Villa 617To the Management of Sealine Beach Resort,I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment regarding our recent stay at Villa 617. We chose Sealine Beach Resort specifically for its reputation as a premier family destination, opting for a villa within the designated **"Family-Only Zone"** to ensure a private and comfortable environment for my wife and children.Unfortunately, our experience was completely undermined by the occupants of the neighboring Villa 618. Throughout our stay, this villa was occupied by a large group of bachelors. Their presence and activities—which included the constant use of jet skis and the casting of fishing nets directly in front of the villas—created a disruptive atmosphere that was entirely inconsistent with a "Family-Only" designation.The primary reason for our frustration, however, is the lack of accountability from your team. I raised several complaints regarding this policy violation through **Mr. Ahmed Alqubiasi**, yet no corrective action was taken, and I received no follow-up. It is disheartening to pay a premium for a specific type of environment only to have those regulations ignored by management.What was meant to be a relaxing retreat for my family ended in significant disappointment. I trust you understand that for a resort of your caliber, maintaining the integrity of your designated zones is essential for guest satisfaction and safety.I look forward to your prompt response and an explanation as to how this oversight occurred and how it will be addressed.Sincerely,Abdulrahman Sultan Alghanem

    Bad customer service. The resort is calm and nice, family oriented with private family areas. It is safe and decently clean.
