    The room was so awesome and cozy ☺️ I enjoyed the pool too 🏊🏾, I couldn't get enough of the water 😊 To top it all their services was so cool, the receptionist Anilla was really amazing so respectful and welcoming 😊🤗 I'm definitely coming back 😁 😁 keep it up guys ✨✨

    Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The hospitality and service were excellent throughout our visit. A special thanks to the reception staff — Tahseen, Aneela, and Hania — for being so kind, professional, and helpful. They made us feel truly welcomed and comfortable. Highly appreciated and definitely recommended!

    Due to a complete suspension of flights to the country, we were physically unable to arrive for our planned stay — a situation entirely outside our control. Yet the hotel never replied to any of our messages. Not a single one. They also ignored the inquiry submitted by Booking.com on our behalf.This level of disrespect toward guests is shocking.Any professional accommodation would offer a date change (even for much later) or at least a partial refund, including for prepaid meals we obviously could not use. Instead, the hotel chose total silence — no response, no assistance, no empathy.This has been one of the most rude and dismissive customer service experiences I have ever had. We will absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise future travellers to think twice before booking. When something goes wrong, this hotel clearly won’t lift a finger to help you.

    Deeply disappointing and misleading – far below advertised standardsThis hotel is advertised as a 5-star property, yet the experience was shockingly below even basic hotel standards. There is a reason why a prominent hospitality group pulled out from this property leaving it not worthy of 1 star. Check-in was delayed, and although an extra bed was requested at check-in, it took over four hours and 7 phone calls to arrive. By that time, our children were exhausted stressed and unable to sleep properly.The room was extremely unclean. We found leftover socks from a previous guest, hair, grime, heavy dust, and visible mold. The room also had a strong smoke odor, making it very uncomfortable and difficult to rest.To make matters worse, staff knocked on our door repeatedly at around 3:00 AM to deliver water bottles that had been requested at 5pm, disrupting what little sleep we managed to get.Breakfast the following morning was equally disappointing. The selection was very limited and of poor quality — nowhere near what one would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star. Not even a camp can motel would offer this breakfast.In an attempt to resolve the situation, we agreed to change rooms on the second night, hoping conditions would improve. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse, particularly in terms of odor and cleanliness. At that point, we had no choice but to leave the hotel 6 days earlier than planned.Despite acknowledging the issues, hotel management offered no meaningful apology or compensation and still charged us for the stay.Special shout out to Mr Ahmad the acting GM and Mr Haseeb the manager for acting absolutely crippled in this situation.This property is seriously misrepresented and does not deliver the standards it advertises. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend it and would strongly advise travelers to look elsewhere.
