    We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would happily recommend it, especially for families looking for good value for money. The location is excellent, very convenient and easy to get around from.While the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and well maintained, which mattered most to us. Some guests can be loud but immediately stop when asked politely. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the service. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available 24/7 for any matter, no matter how small.A special mention must go to Anne Gitau, one of the reception staff members, who truly made our stay even better. She is exceptionally kind, positive, and genuinely helpful, always going out of her way to make guests feel welcome and taken care of.

    Amazing staff! They helped me a lot trying to get a charger for my phone. The 3 guys and the lady at front desk are super helpful and polite, also the bellboys. I have stayed in Qatar before but next time i will stay here definetly. They make you feel at home. Also the food is really good! Thanks !

    Spacious Room and Good Amenities but Service Needs Improvement

    The room was spacious, which I really liked, and the amenities were overall good. The pool area was nice and added to the experience. However, it felt awkward every time we made simple requests because the receptionist was unaccommodating, which affected the comfort of our stay.Another downside is that the hotel does not provide complimentary water, unlike many other hotels, which was disappointing.Overall, while the facilities are pleasant, the service and basic provisions could be improved to make the stay more comfortable.

    I didn't get the good vibe from the check-in, I work at the front office myself and I understand the pressure but you have to always/try to have a listening ear to guest before uttering anything that will tarnish the good name you have built.The old guy at the desk was so un-proffession. I understand the checking in time but atleast ask someone if they have a reservation and atleast explain the early check in requirement given that I had earlier called and communicated my intentions of coming in earlier. in my case that didn't happen. I saw some people coming in and just checking in, the upside is the Kenyan lady who was Very Good, she tried to handle the issue even offering to pay up for the Uber but the deed was already done. Kudos to her.

    I attached the pictures of the SUITE.. also breakfast very poor quality wise..hotel completely worn out..only lobby apparently was old but ok reception ok all kind,but pratically when you enter on room immediately you feel uncomfortable..even pillow was smelling..
