    Low price, low quality.

    On the positive side, let's remember the friendly welcome and the good facilities for children (pool, inflatable castle). The bedding is good too, and the price is quite reasonable (with discount) for Saint Gilles.Unfortunately, the downside of this price is the poor quality of the hotel. Certainly, it is a 2-star hotel, not a palace, but the major downside is the design of the semi-buried rooms: they have been recently renovated but are filled with humidity, with warped wood, a moldy bathroom, and saturated (humid) air: asthmatics, stay away! The cleaning of the bathroom also really leaves much to be desired. Otherwise, the location is close to the center for walking, and that's good because the hotel parking is packed. The pedestrian path at night is very poorly lit. The "veranda" room is very poorly designed and creates an oppressive effect; the feeling is very unpleasant for me, but perhaps because I have only seen it mostly at night.     Very good stay of a week spent with 2 girlfriends in a family room.The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Thank you to the reception staff for helping us resolve a personal concern.The room is clean and spacious, comfortable bedding.The pool is very nice.We were happy to enjoy the amenities of Saint-Gilles without the nuisance of the city center.     We were there a few weeks ago, we enjoyed our stay. It is close to restaurants, shops and activities. We had a family room for 02 adults and 02 children which was big enough for us. The room was well cleaned everyday. Nice staff. The meals at the restaurant we good.     Beer on plastic cups....

    Ordered a beer... this came in a plastic cup... asked for a glass. Got a water glass. Rooms are not very clean. Old accomodation. Personel not professional. It takes a long time for ordering food and drinks. EquipeDirection, Directeur général at L' Hotel les Aigrettes, responded to this review I am sorry to read you did not appreciatd your stay. Indeed, due to glass break next to the pool, and to avoid any accident, drinks are served in a plastic cup. On the other hand, I am glad to inform you that we are renovating rooms & bathrooms.
