    Convenient location for conference with attentive staff services

    we attended the ARAR meeting held at this historical hotel. the Hotel is within walking distance to city centre and attractions. the room is very quiet, clean and well maintained. towels were white and fresh. bed was comfortable. the conference area was spacious and well organized. breakfast was excellent with fresh cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuces, yogurts, eggs, fruits and variety of bread. Hotel is eco friendly and avoided the use of plastics. Staff is attentive, extremely hard working, pleasant and we felt welcomed as guests. highly recommend.

    The rooms are old, with old furniture, no renovation, cracked tiles in the bathroom. The balcony door does not close properly, the noise level is high, it is very cold in the room and the air conditioning cannot be adjusted from the room. It is far from a 4-star hotel. Avoid!

    Too noisy by the pool. The music is inappropriate for the setting creating a municipal pool vibe rather than a 5 star hotel

    We arrived at the hotel for a vacation, large and clean rooms. The reception staff was courteous and took care of us quickly, good breakfast with a large selection, in the evening the dining room turns into a restaurant with prices slightly above average for the area. Free parking adjacent to the hotel.

    My husband and I stayed here between April 14 and 21, room 510 is unsanitary, the radiator blocked with hemp at maximum, it was a sauna, I slept very badly and the air conditioning can be turned on by the reception for a maximum of 5 minutes, staff who are not good at anything and those 4 stars undeserved. Also the furniture is from the 80s and there is not a single sieve at the windows,we had insects. The breakfast food is not that great, a lot of oil used, cold eggs and hot water with the portion, the only good thing is the positioning of the hotel in Cluj.
