Prostitution Hotel - Do not stay unless you are going for these reasons

    rating09 Oct 2024

This is a 1-hour prostitution hotel, not suitable for business travellers. They ask you to sign a disclaimer to not ‘stain’ the sheets or they will charge you $$$ and they admitted that this is in fact a prostitution hotel. 24-hour ‘massage’ is next door. Won’t refund your money if you decide not to stay even though they promise to.

Rethink your stay especially if you’re looking for accessibility

    rating28 Mar 2024

We knew this was going to be a cheap and cheerful experience in a small room, so we deliberately got twin beds for slightly more room to move. What we were disappointed about was the layout of the bathroom. The toilet was at the back of a long narrow space and one had to walk through the shower area to reach it. The only mechanism to stop water leaking into the rest of the room whilst showering was a small raised edge that you’d have to be careful not to trip on every time you walked in there… to make it worse the shower rose didn’t fit properly into the hook to hold it in place so there was water everywhere! The room was actually designed for accessibility with a pull down seat if needed, with a tap directly underneath which would not be comfortable if actually needed and with all the water on the floor all we could see was someone slipping over instead and truly doing themselves an injury. The in room safe was broken too which was disappointing. Whilst the staff were nice and got us extra towels when we needed them and the beds were comfortable we’d recommend going elsewhere.

Overall, a Nice Stay and Good Value but a Few Disappointments.

    rating19 Feb 2024

The hotel is located near many restaurants, about a 10-minute walk to a few large shopping centers and rail stations, including a direct train to the airport and about a 30-minute walk to downtown and Sand Marina Bay/Gardens by the Bay. It's very safe. The room was small but modern, including a queen bed (?), toilet and shower in the same room, but with a curtain if needed, adequate lighting, decent wifi, a TV with Netflix and Youtube, electric kettle with tea and coffee and some bottled water. Staff were friendly. Room was clean. Singapore is a tropical city, very hot and humid all year. This hotel requires a key card to be placed in a slot for the electricity to be active, and while two cards are provided, allowing you to leave one in the room when you're away, the room is not cooled between the check-out and check-in of each guest. Furthermore, even at highest setting, the cool air just dribbles out of the vents, meaning it takes at least 45 minutes to become bearably cool and never gets completely comfortable. That's unacceptable and if you like a cold room, you shouldn't stay here. Body wash and shampoo dispensers are in the shower. If you want to wash your hands at the sink, you have to go into the shower to put soap on your hands. That's silly, inconvenient and could easily be fixed. Lastly, there is one UK outlet for the entire room. Again, that's ridiculous in today's day and age. The hotel does allow you to leave your bags in the lobby after check-out but they are in no way secured. For the rate I paid, I'd stay again but it certainly wasn't perfect.

    WORST HOTEL IN MY LIFE.

    rating21 Jun 2023

Worst hotel in my whole life - horrendous hospitality, even worse rooms. Even Hotel 81 and Fragrance Hotels had much better rooms in terms of space, actual interior and even the deals. This place should actually close down cos they're not even cheap, and yet so terrible in every aspect. From Room itself - walked in and out immediately cos the room reserved VS what I got was totally different (see attached pictures).Staff was rude and unhelpful (no proper uniforms and was even lying on the couch with his feet up), asked for refund (about $240 for 2 nights) but till 2 months later, still fighting for the case cos they refused to reply msgs & pick-up calls etc.Rooms were even smaller than HK & Japan hotels - even when they offered an upgrade and claimed to have given me bigger rooms, doesn't change the fact that I could only move 2 steps front and back regardless.EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE AND SO UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY STATED THE ROOM SIZES ETC - THEY USED LIKE A HUNDRED LAYERS OF FILTERS. DON'T EVER EVER COME HERE.
