    Very well sifted, a few minutes walk from the lake and a couple of minutes from the bus station. Very good breakfast. We got a good deal by booking direct.

    Regular room is tiny for 2 people. Bathroom is very small. The room was very clean. The staff was polite but very inconsistent in their answers. We asked in the morning if we should make a reservation for the spa and they replied no need. Went to use it after hiking and told it was all booked and they would call us if a space opened up. Asked about the hotel laundry service and the staff member had no experience with how it worked but was helpful in directing us to a local laundrymat. So recommend booking a superior room and make a spa reservation if you want to avoid being frustrated.

    Misleading information on what was a half decent stay.

    When we booked the 2 nights stay, which wasn't cheap by the way, the hotel advertised an evening restaurant service, on arrival we were told they had permanently ceased this and did B&B only, which was disappointing as it was raining heavily. Nevertheless we got round this and had a wet walk to the nearest eatery. In our room we had the smallest bathroom we have ever experienced in 50 years of marriage, forget about swinging a cat around, you wouldn't have got one in there with you. To be fair the beds were comfortable, the bar service was friendly, and the breakfast was very nice, secure parking is first come first served. All in all a little overpriced for what you got, we've stayed in better for less.

    Two nights in bled, absolutely stunning place!

    Lovely clean hotel. The room was amazing, very spacious with separate seating area, two balconies, and lake views. Breakfast was lovely, something for everyone and all fresh. Staff were very friendly and helpful. 5 min walk to the lake. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Lake bled is the most beautiful place. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    Staff helpful, magnificent breakfast selection and good location. However room was quite dark and faced a concrete block wall. Air con only just coped. Thinking this hotel is a bit tired. Very strange shower set up - hard to avoid getting water all over the floor. Apart from that comfortable bed and pleasant stay.
