This hotel is situated just on the outskirts of the very centre of Ljubljana, away from the city's noisy nightlife, ensuring guests a quiet atmosphere and sound sleep. However, easy access to the central district is guaranteed, the journey to which takes no more than 10 min. Ljubljana's old town, the castle, the Ljubljanica river and the tourist information centre can be found around a 5-minute drive away. The ski resort of Krvavec is located roughly 20 km from the hotel. Line no. 9 bus stop is around 500 m away and Ljubljana's central train station approximately 2.5 km away.

Facility

10 single rooms and 16 double rooms are located on 2 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop.     AWESOME HOTEL

    Ahotel was absolutely perfect. Our room was spotless, modern and quite large. The bed was super comfortable, and the room was totally quiet. Desk and food personnel top notch! Lovely area 2 miles outside of the city center, which I found quite relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, many many options, and all food displayed artfully. And it was delicious!

    Worse hotel experience than ever before.Due to technical problems on the Booking platform, the reservation was doubled - same date, same name, same number of people. I immediately contacted Booking where they assured me that they had contacted the hotel and requested that one reservation be canceled. I also contacted the hotel and informed them of the situation. The manager never answers the phone, communication with him is only via e-mail.It ended with them taking the money for both reservations without any help or solution. The worst customer service in my life. They are not interested in customer satisfaction, they are only interested in making money. Not to mention that we did not receive any response from them to the last emails where we asked for some solutions for the third time.I do not recommend this hotel. Never again. Despite our multiple responses—by phone, email, and via Booking.com messaging—you were informed that we cannot and will not accept responsibility for technical issues that may occur on Booking.com’s platform during the reservation process. As the booking was made through their system, any technical malfunction should be addressed directly with them. If the issue originated on their platform, they would be the appropriate party to review and potentially compensate any related costs.We understand how concerning it may have been to discover two confirmed reservations. However, two separate confirmation numbers were issued, and confirmation emails were sent by Booking.com. Once two reservations are successfully generated and transmitted to us as valid bookings, we are obligated to process both accordingly. When reservations are made through third-party platforms, the hotel does not have control over the technical functionality of those systems. Once bookings are confirmed under the selected rate conditions—particularly when they fall outside the free modification or cancellation period or are non-refundable—our flexibility is limited. If we were to arbitrarily cancel confirmed reservations without authorization, we would risk serious operational and contractual consequences. For example, had you arrived with four guests and we had only honored one of the two confirmed reservations, the situation would have been equally problematic. That said, we are truly sorry if our communication did not meet your expectations. Providing clear and timely responses is important to us, and we regret if you felt unsupported. We do take some reassurance in the fact that your dissatisfaction relates to the booking platform’s technical issue rather than to the quality of your stay at our hotel. Kind regards,

    Beautiful cosy and delightful hotel

    We recently stayed in this hotel. We chose because it was smaller and was situated in a quieter location. It did not disappoint. The rooms were a good size and well equipped. The staff were very accommodating and so friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing! So much choice and the food was delicious. It was only ten minutes drive to the city centre . euros by taxi . We would definitely go back and stay here again. Thankyou for making our stay so perfect .

    I was there for a short business trip. Hotel is very nice and comfortable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Food for breakfast was apsolutely delicious. It is not so far away from the center.Overall it was a good stay

    Modern hotel with very friendly staff.

    Modern Hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Coffee making facility in the room. Large parking lot. Hotel has a bar that opens in the evening and offers drinks, pizza, toasts and bruschetta. In summer there is an outside terrace.Breakfast buffet is very good. Everything is very clean. Not far from the city centre (2.6 km). Taxi ride is just 5-6 Euro.All in all very good value for money.
