  The hotel has a great location, walking distance to a lot of attractions. The room was nice and clean, with enough space, comfortable bed, and good isolation so you don't hear the noise from the street. It had all you need to make coffee or tee, and a hair dryer.

  It was spacious for 2 people. We have 1 big luggage and 2 small ones and we have no problem storing them. Location os also great, very convenient. You could also ask for adaptor at the reception if you need one. Walking distance to Cheonggyecheon stream and the gyeongbokgung palace.

  Stayed here with my daughter for 7 nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel is right on insadong street which is amazing. 10 min walk to palaces and there are so many little shops nearby. The hotel is very safe and secure and our room was immaculately clean - twin deluxe . The view was amazing from room on 13th floor. The maid came when suitable and some days we didn’t bother as there was no mess. On our final night, the female at the front desk printed our boarding passes and we booked a taxi for the airport the following morning at 7 am. We had a great experience and hope to return to the hotel in April 2024. Highly recommended!

  Not such a good option for English speaking guests

  The hotel is in an excellent location, tucked away around the corner from Insadong's lively strip of restaurants and shops. Its also a comfortable walk to the Jongno metro station.Our room was clean with a good shower and compact bathroom. The bedroom was quite small with limited space to store luggage and the beds, although a good size, were are very firm. Our room was very quiet at night.Breakfast options for non Asian guests were quite limited and the dining area was a rather cramped and charmless space, more like what you might expect in a hostel.The reception staff we encountered spoke virtually no English and were quite brusque in their dealings with us. This is a quite a reasonable no frills hotel but maybe not such a good option if English is your only language.   Excellent location and value for money

  Ideally situated in Insadong, close to restaurants and walking distance to the Gyeongbokgung palace and Jongno metro station. Excellent restaurants in Hanok style buildings (my favourite is one called ‘Well being’ near the Sale 50 shop but there are loads down the little side streets). Look for the Ssamziegil shops as well.The room was smallish and lacked a wardrobe and the beds hard (personally I prefer a hard bed) but it is functional, the fridge restocked with free water everyday. The bathroom clean and has a ‘bidet’ style toilet. For the money it is excellent value.I also grew to like the breakfast which had more variety than I expected from reading other reviews (the soups change regularly). The free drink at ‘happy hour’ is great as well.The staff are friendly and ready to help.We did not use the sauna, small fitness room nor the laundry.
