    Oasis of calm and tranquility

    I stayed here for one night while walking on the Camino to Finnestere. Ed picked me up in the local town and brought me to their wonderful haven in the country side. The gardens were beautiful natural and scenic the house amazing my room was fabulous with a view of the pool and the hellos .the food cooked on site couldn’t have been any fresher sorry I couldn’t stay longer Ed drove us back to town in the morning to continue our Camino service with a real feel for the customer they deserve much success and support thank you Ed and the 2 ladies

    We spend three nights in this beautiful place with my friends. Great atmosphere, really nice host Edu, great breakfast and dinner. 5/5.Clean rooms, nice pool. If you like peaceful environment with ultimately friendly service - this is your choice.

    Stunning place, very well maintained and staff that go out of their way to be helpful. Felt very comfortable here. Highly recommended, lovely food and lovely rooms. Worth a visit you won't be disappointed, love it here

    Wonderful family run , small inn/hotel convenient to the Camino on your way to our from Finsterre. Eduardo picked me up in Negreira at the end of a long hiking day. His english is great due to several years in Scotland. The home is lovingly restored with period details maintained of the fireplace and original kitchen as well as other rooms--lovely lovely lovely. My room was immaculate and very sweet. The water in the shower was hot and plentiful--thank you!! I was offered a beverage upon arrival--that was a first and much appreciated. They have a lovely room to host events--glass on three sides with wood and stone to complete the ambience--wish i needed to host a party in Galacia!They boast a lovely pool which given that I am here in October I cannot utilize--more's the shame! Im soaking in the utter peace as I write this. Cannot wait to return--encourage a visit in the off season--you won't regret it!

    Hidden gem just off the Camino

    This is a lovely family-run hotel just outside the village of Ponte Maceira, through which the Camino route runs. Great rooms, fantastic breakfast, and a lovely garden / pool - which was warm enough to swim in in the last week of April. I stayed with two friends for three days of walking, both along the coast, and one day on the Camino itself. Highly recommended (and not mention incredible value for money).
