    Disgusting scammers

    Really bad experience. The hotel charged me twice and now they are just ignoring my messages and emails. I have provided all the screenshots and bank statements, but no reaction from their side. They are just scammers.The room was super small, no ventilation, really bad chemical smell. The breakfast was poor, the cup was dirty, they did not even wash the dishes properly.

    Just unbelievably good value. Clean, comfortable, great facilities for Camino Santiago walkers, great breakfast. Forget the Albergues when you can stay here

    Booked 3 rooms for 3 couples , on arrival informed that only two rooms available so 2 couples had to share one room. Although this room had a seperate lounge area with two single beds it had no windows so no view or proper ventilation. Plaster falling off walls. Totally unacceptable accomodation for 2 people let alone 4 ! .Offered free dinner for all 6 people as a goodwill gesture.Starter and bread was placed on table before we arrived. This was not covered and open to the flies seen buzzing around.Soup and main course of fish and potato not very enjoyable.Very dark corridors with lights sensors turning off lights before reaching end of corridors.No fire safety instructions seen in rooms or nearby corridoorsOverall not a very pleasant experience.

    Hotel room very noisy. Entered room for 5 minutes and could hear toilets flushing every minute. Went to reception to ask to move. They refused as I had been in the room and there were no cleaners on duty to disinfect it, so i was stuck with a super noisy room. They also refused straight away to move me for the next night, this I find totally unacceptable, there's no reason not to. Very bad customer service.
