    A great location (just a few minutes walk to the centre of town) and a fine hotel. Was very welcoming and the staff were very helpful and friendly. A very modern hotel which had quiet rooms. Our group have only positive memories from staying here

    We did book a nonrefundable room, let me say that right up front.Before I trip, I became unable to travel for medical reasons. I contacted Capitol Boutique Hotel and asked for a refund (knowing they would prefer to take my money and I was unlikely to get any back) but hoping they would extend a credit for this or another hotel. The hotel refused a refund or credit saying "we are practically full for these dates, and by canceling with such short notice, we have no room for sales." Of course, this makes no sense since they were clearly able to resell the room and get twice the revenue (we checked and they were sold out on the dates we had cancelled).If it had just been the nonrefundable amount, I would have understood, but double-selling the room and refusing a refund is unethical.

    Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Stayed here for an overnight stay and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. The location was close to the Plaza de Galicia bus stop so it was easy to find when arriving late at night. Breakfast was ample and with a great choice of fresh items, breads, pastries, etc. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful! O slept really well and was able to get up fully refreshed the next day. I would highly recommend this location for any length of stay. I will definitely be coming back.

    This was our second time here. We also stayed a couple of nights in 2017. We liked the hotel as much this time around as we did back then. Very quiet location in a semi cul-de-sac, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Very close to the center, still.

    This was our last night booked by Santiago Ways as part of our Camino travel. We found the hotel to be quiet, clean, and modern and had a wonderful breakfast buffet in the morning. We were within walking distance of the Cathedral and the pilgrims' celebrating reaching SDC. We were pleased with the accommodations.
