    Worst hotel

    rating16 Jul 2022

The worst hotel I have stayed in, luckily we only stayed for one night. It looked like an abandoned container facility, the sheets looked like they had never been washed, the whole room smelled musty, the shower curtain was black with dirt, there was no internet, TV, fan, swimming pool .There was no 24 hour reception either, the reception was served by hotel Congreso .I do not recommend it to anyone !Better a little more money for something more humane

    Not so good experience

    rating30 Aug 2017

Clean room. The wifi was ok. The tobacco smelling in the room was not good. Thin walls, we heard everything people in near rooms were doing and all noises at the street (cars or people passing by). The reception was close and we had a number to phone to, which was answered by the recepcionist from the hotel across the road and we check-in and out there.

    A glorified Portocabin

    rating10 Aug 2017

This hotel is essentially a row of containers converted into rooms. The walls were extremely thin and I heard the person next door snoring. There was no one at reception on arrival, a very large water stain in the carpet in my room and a strange smell. The only positive is that across the road a sister hotel has a nice bar and leisure facility (which you must pay to use).

    Too bad

It was a last minute booking and we just looked for a cheap place to sleep after a day of cycling, but this was probably the worst experience I ever had in a hostel. We stayed at bungallow without the minimum conditions for 4 people. It had no more than 7m2 .

Prefabricated lodging in the ouskirts of Santiago

    rating23 Aug 2007

We decided a fast travel to Santiago de Compostela in the middle of August. The only lodging we found with such little time and in the middle of the summer was this, because most of the hotels were plenty and other were so expensive...It is a complex of prefabricated metal bungalows with shower, tv and a small fridge. Just in front of it there is a 3 star hotel where you can have the breakfast and even use the pool.We paid 30 euros a day, 40 with a good buffet breakfast. Considering we travelled without a reservation in the middle of august, i think is a good option and good value for the money. One tip: Santiago has the worst traffic indications i've seen ever. It is difficult to reach the hotel, call directly to receive instructions, specially if you don't speak spanish.
