    This Hampton is definitely not up to the quality standards of Hilton and is not on par with other Hamptons. The carpet in the hallways was very very dirty. The front desk clerk was not very professional. The shower had mold in it and was dirty. The bed sheets were dingy and not even close to white. They really needed replaced. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is that the breakfast was good.

    The room we were first checked into didn’t hit the mark at all. Mold in the shower, curtain coming off the track, toilet seat was up, things hadn’t been wiped down, and fraying sheets. The WiFi also initially wasn’t working. My mom complained to the desk and they were able to offer another room, take something off the bill and fixed the WiFi issue. The second room ended up being ok. The included breakfast was alright - nothing fancy, but did the job. The fruit individually wrapped in plastic was excessive. I found this place was overpriced for what it is. Although the staff were kind, the hotel looks like it’s in desperate need of a renovation and room cleanliness was a problem. Staff did their best to attend to guests but seemed understaffed/could use more resources.

    They cut corners when they built this hotel. Shower wasn't installed properly for example floors aren't supported. Not very impressive.

    An “OK” Place to Stay, But With Clear Shortcomings

    This place is just okay if you’re looking for somewhere to rest your head — nothing more. The staff is professional but not particularly warm or welcoming; they do their job, but that’s about it.The rooms are clean and appear to have been recently renovated, but unfortunately, the quality of the renovations leaves much to be desired. The flooring is uneven and bumpy throughout, which suggests poor installation — you can really feel it underfoot. In the bathroom, baseboards were incomplete, and the shower floor creaked constantly, likely due to an uneven foundation. Some areas still had old mold or mildew stains, which was off-putting.Another issue was humidity: the rooms became muggy very quickly and stayed that way, which made the space feel less comfortable overall.In short, while it’s not terrible, there are definitely better-maintained and more welcoming places in this price range.

    VERY CLEAN!! Shower head had good pressure. My 2 main things about hotel experience. Sure it’s an older property but it’s very well maintained. Front desk staff was very kind. Both in the middle of the night and in the morning. I would most definitely stay again.
