    Pleasant although a bit outdated. Don’t understand reviews complaining about friendliness as our check in with Ariel was polite, friendly and pleasant and Ramon was outstanding when I showed up at reception at 4 am in need of medical assistance.

    I stayed in several inns and hostels the last month, and for my last couple of days decided to go to a better place. Front desk serviceable and warm; bar staff not so much but guess they are short of staff because it was close to 16,00 and my room wasn’t made… had to call and ask for it. What was a good enough stay became a not so good one…

    Very little sleep due to location of room. When I finally visited front desk at 3:30 am I was told that the noise was normal. During the day, repairs were being done to a room nearby, so unable to nap after completing 300+km on Camino. We would have upgraded if we had been told of potential noise when we checked in. Beautiful room and hotel. Just a horrible experience for us that could have been so much better with communication from front desk employee.

    A wonderful hotel to stay in as the location is ideal as it is close to the city. I stayed in a suite and had ample space too. Breakfast on the top floor was very tasty too. The staff were excellent and friendly. Would stay here again for sure. Cafes are small but serve great snacks.

    Motorcycle tour with an overnight stopover. Great location off the motorway, while being close to the old town while being a little way back to avoid bar noise. friendly staff who were very attentive great breakfast 👍. . Good sized car park with covered parking for motorcycles and not too far to walk with kit.
