Location

This hotel is located right in the nature reserve Fraga do Eume and is just minutes from the harbour and the old town. A Coruña airport is only 40 km from the hotel and Santiago airport is about a 90 km away.

Facility

2 suites and 126 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     We were in a deluxe room and it was a good size, the bathroom was nice and spacious and the shower was the best feature, large and with a nice mural. There were a couple of maintenance issues when we arrived, the safe didn’t work (needed new batteries) and the window didn’t close. Both problems were promptly taken care of. Sleep quality was poor, light filtered around the drapes and there was noise from the street and the hallway, mainly the housekeepers chatting and banging the vacuum cleaners. The room didn’t smell or feel fresh. Check in was painfully slow. I don’t know if the front desk staff were unfamiliar with the system or what the problem was but it took over 20 minutes to get a guest checked in. The lines sometimes got pretty long. The location is very good, near upscale shopping and restaurants and the beach, and only a moderate walk to the old part of town. Lots of buses and taxis nearby. The lobby could be much nicer, the vending machine near the elevators with wrapped sandwiches and snacks is very tacky, and so is the pay-for coffee dispenser. There is a set of about 8 steps to get to the lobby from the front door and there is no lift or ramp, some people may have trouble navigating the entrance.     Not worth the price

    The hotel offers a few very good things: a boutique downstairs where you can buy food and drinks at night and a coffee machine (you also pay for). The room we had was on the top floor with no windows (they were protected with metal sheets you could barely see through!), bathrobes and slippers were not available. Amenities were decent.Definitely not worth the price.     Clean but no luxury touches

    Hotel is very conveniently located near to restaurants, port, shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel itself was very clean with lovely white towels and bedding.The terrace was only available for functions - not for comfort of guestsThe secret room seemed to have nice saying and tables but again not for guests useDownside - no bar, no restaurant (except for breakfast), no room service!Mini bar was just a small empty fridgeNo shower cap in bathroom, no cotton budsNot really what I expect from 4 star hotel anywhere in the world!     Good Location - Good Place for a one night visit.

    The hotel is in the center of the city which makes it an easy walk in all directions. They do not have their own parking and the nearby lot is about $19 per night. We were only there one night and it was an adequate place to stay. The room was comfortable but the included breakfast was somewhat limited.     Nice clean hotel in good location

    Nice clean hotel. Great location near shopping and restaurants . Downside is that there is no bar. Breakfast was normal continental. Check out was 12pm. I would visit again if i stayed in A coruna. Reception staff were very good. Rooms were cleaned most days.
