I would give it more Rating except for the reason that when checking in late (21:30) from 16:00 nohy no one in the hotel and it is confusing. The hotel entrance foot would not open, wifi would not work. Correct phone call. Very clean and tidy room, huge and comfortable bed. You hear noises from other rooms too much. Poor accessibility people reduced mobility, parking space for 15 min usual in hotels always busy, poorly soundproofed, reception only in the mornings, if you arrive late check in with video call not suitable for everyone, nice staff. We stayed in the Alda hostal in Santiago and they booked us in here for 10% off! Great mid range price for a huge room! We extended the days a few times because we were buying a motorcycle to continue our travels! No prob! Manager was so helpful and the neighborhood is urban but has so many restaurants and services, fruit stands and bakeries around the corner. Close to beaches and shopping. Near noisy streets but the windows are triple paned! Very quiet when they are closed!
