    Lovely hotel as our final stop on the Camino

    This hotel was our final stop on the Camino .. located just outside the centro storico and an easy 8 min walk to the Cathedral. Our room, looking onto the street, was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a buffet with many options, served in the GF area. The property also has a lift … very helpful for moving our heavy cases. The staff on reception were super helpful in calling a taxi to the airport and also keeping our luggage while we finished off some sightseeing before departing.

    Excellently located for the train and bus station, but is still in a pretty part of town - directly opposite the stunning parliament building. Rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly. Excellent customer service when we left something behind in the room.

    I don’t think it’s okay they are fine having me pay for a room that’s supposed to have air conditioning then not having any after I paid for the room. Giving someone a fan with no outside windows is not the answer and telling them to write the government for a refund.

    A bright and friendly hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, including when I called reception after midnight. The breakfast was lovely too. 10 minute walk from the old quarter and situated on a lovely street with nice restaurants and bakeries. Would thoroughly recommend.

    Really enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast and reception staff we encountered were fantastic. Crumear (spelling?) and the young guy on breakfast service were simply the best. My friend had an injury and they went out of their way with assistance and are to be commended!
