3 suites, 6 single rooms and 83 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Fab hotel! Miguel was brilliant we've not co.e across many English speaking people here so really appreciate feeling less alien 🤣 my nieces moved out to a coruna in February 2024 and this was a surprise visit to see them!

    Felt sympathy for the staff working at this hotel as they probably spend their work life answering complaints. It wasn't well maintained and the airconditiong didn't really work. Better to use the stairs than the lift. Food was a bit sad and the restaurant dingy. There was a supermarket nearby which was handy to pick up some disposable cups as the hotel only supplied one. I have no issue with older style hotels, but this one definitely needs a refurbishment.     This hotel is located outside the center of Santiago de Compostela. It is old, basic with management that treats their employees terribly. The room I was given had a horrible diesel oil smell. When I questioned this the manager on duty started yelling at the clerk on duty . He never spoke to me . I wanted my room changed but that was not happening.The clerk smiled nicely and gave me a cup of tea and said at least they gave me free tea....The elevator was old and only one was working. From the maids to the employees in the restaurant ,the clerks on duty everyone seemed overworked and not treated well.The room was so basic , the bed had no mattress pad and the towels threadbare.Don't waste your money. This hotel is not a 4 star hotel-doesn't deserve 1 star. Location is also not convenient for visiting the center of Santiago de Compostela.     hotel outside the city. it is valued 3 stars app. not 4 stars as shown in web. can get there at hotel with local transport no.6 or 12. as well as to arrive in the center to visit the cathedral. i think for pass one night is enough.in web explains that airport transfer. is not true, however if you ask for your personal order they can call for taxi to airport, however we took first bus no 6 at 07:20 from the hotel to arrive ave train station. we took bus from the train station at 07:40 to the airport. very good connetion.there is one comercial center the new one just outside the city center, called "As cancela" some good shops there for shopping & as well for fast food. with bus no 11 can get there from the santiago center.     It was absolutely terrible. Everything is ugly and old, the food and the service is as terrible as the aspect of the hotel. Even the coffee machine was broken and of course there is nothing around the hotel. The toilets next to the reception were dirty.It has 4 stars, but it deserves 0 stars. The place looks like a highway motel.
