    It is quite a new and nice hotel over all

    This is quite a nice hotel in many ways, except it does not have its own parking garage. During summer peak season, you will need to pay even for parking on the street. It is located right at the popular Santa Cristina Beach, a neighourhood which is peaceful and quiet at night. The hotel and its rooms look new and are decorated nicely with ocean theme. The room is of decent size, having plenty of usb and power outlets. One funny thing about the shower stall is that the glass wall partitioning with the main bedroom area is frosty, half transparent.

    The premium room was amazing!! The bathtub by the window with the ocean view is mind blowing! Also superb comfi bed and great amenities, good room size too! The staff were sooo professional and kind at all times, its a hotel that we will definitely be back, thank you so much everyone for making our stay so extra special! ❤️

    Shocking breakfast with indifferent staff

    Room very dated but at least clean. The noisy mini bar fridge in our room was the least of our worries...The shocker was at breakfast!- A few slices of ham, and cheese.- A few small chunks of watermelon.- A few dried up pieces of tortilla.- White sliced bread.That was the extent of what was on offer to the waiting guests at 9am that morning...I waited in DISBELIEF, willing them to fill the empty space on their large breakfast tables... No, this was actually it! One guest complained, the waiters instead brought out extra cups... ...a little later a plate of ham and cheese and some extra pieces dried up tortilla appeared... I witnessed one guest taking photos at the spectacle!Their advertised breakfast was displayed in the lobby and lift, a bowl of cereal/porridge/yoghurt, fresh juice... the reality was far far from what was advertised! At check out that same morning I complained to the staff member but their response was a feeble, quietly mumbled sorry. I expressed how unhappy I was to be paying for the breakfast; in silence, the staff member proceeded to print and hand over the invoice. This is not customer service! We felt truly ripped off and unheard by the indifferent and poor response of the staff there.We will not be recommending this place.     Great value and excellent customer service

    Excellent price. We stayed in a renovated room with awesome views. Recepcionists were very friendly, always going the extra mile to satisfy customer's needs. We brought our dog with us, and they treated her like a princess. Breakfast is delicious and good quality. Nearby you can find all kind of restaurants, cafes, bakeries; beach right in front of hotel with free parking. Very clean and comfortable

    It was difficult to find it, as the instructions on the reservation had to be deciphered, and roads driving into A Coruna are complicated, especially if you do not use Waze or GPS, but once we called the Hotel, the front office clerk, graciously directed us to the hotel.It is not located in A Coruna, it is out of town, by the beach and where one of the Rias come into the sea,....it is quiet, and a bit cool in the evening...it is at the end of a road in a beach, called Playa Cristina. As for the hotel, the service in the Front desk was very good with good recommendations as to what to do or eat,....as for the room, it is a bit old, and the mattress and pillows were very old...wifi was a bit erratic, or impossible from the room, but nearby in one of the TV rooms, I could connect another guest from the end of the corridor also was there.The main point that I felt disappointed was the breakfast, as the bread was scarce, service erratic, and no eggs, the excuse being the kitchen was closed, but really, they can and should do better, also if they want the guests to try the restaurante, they should try to promote it with better prices, around the hotel, there are a few restaurants that can be visited and much cheaper and better.Maybe, next time I will find a hotel in town, so it is easier to visit the A Coruna, as it was the second Celuisma Hotel, I prefer to check next time and fine a better one, regardless of the price.
