  Spartan furnishings, very limited. For example, no bedside table and bedside lamps in the rooms, a small table with 2 chairs in an apartment designed for at least 4 visitors. Extremely limited equipment in the kitchen. Water heaters off.Clean bedding but otherwise the cleanliness of the place was doubtful.   Very good apartment. Close to the center. With all amenities except oven. With parking outside. A 10-minute walk from the cathedral. Highly recommended. Kitchen equipped with everything. Oven do not have but microwave and iron.   Apartment well located, just 15 minutes walk to the Historic Center.Habitable, clean, very spartan, economical and practical. I only recommend for shower and sleep, nothing more.Check in from 16hs, or from 16.30hs, or when they can.   Some issues at the start of the almost two weeks stay

  Have made it a regular thing to book the Lux Hotel nicely located a mere 50m from Plaza Galicia in Doutor Teixeiro. This is also your reception where you need to check in for the apartments which are some 500m further away at the top end of Mestre Mateo. We had some issues at the beginning of our stay with the wifi not working at all and it took them 4 days and discussions with 4 different people of their reception to get it fixed. Also other minor issues, but persistence paid out. As to location it is facing the university campus and it can be noisy on the weekends if you want to sleep with open windows, but otherwise very nicely equipped - we booked a two bedroom apartment - with two separate bathrooms and all very clean. If you rent a car upon arrival at Santiago do not worry about parking; at nearby public parking at Plaza de Vigo you can book a flat for two weeks of EUR 47 no matter how many times you enter/exit the parking. A very good deal actually if you consider that at Plaza Galicia you pay EUR 13,50 per 24h parking. I am from Santiago and visit at least twice a year, have done Airbnb for some nice places around the cathedral, but liked this place.

  The apartments are beautifully maintained and feel brand new. Spotlessly clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Quiet. Wifi was fast and reliable.Kitchen has a 3 ring hob and a microwave but unfortunately no toaster or kettle. In general, kitchen utensils were the bare minimum.Bathroom was spacious with lovely shower.Located next to the attractive university campus about a 10 minute walk from the old town. Several small supermarkets around the corner and a 20 minute walk from hipercor. Launderette within walking distance.Impressed and would recommend/stay again!
