    We arrived at this hotel after completing a 10 day walk on the Camino from Porto to Santiago de Compostela , looking forward to a lovely, comfortable room for our last night in SpainWe were allocated a disabled room (105) which was located on the ground floor, next to reception. The room was incredibly small and being a disabled room, had no shower cubicle, just a shower curtain that curved from the door to behind the toilet. We asked the receptionist if we could change rooms but received the usual response ‘the hotel is full’.Needless to say the bathroom flooded when we showered and we had to ask for more towels to soak up the mess - no apology. The back of the door had rotted as this is obviously a recurring problem.To make matters worse, the door to the room did not lock and we only found out when returning from our evening meal.This accommodation was booked more than 6 months ago and we expected better.Book this hotel at your own peril !!!

    Fine hotel at the end of the Caminho Santiago and well positioned in the city.The rooms are fine and clean.I left my Apple AirPods Pro on my bed and when I spoke to the manager they said they would speak to house keeping.I am waiting for my response.

    Very hard, uncomfortable bed. Room was barely larger than a cupboard. Reception very nice. Very much over rated and comparatively expensive. We would not stay again and definitely do not recommend. Central location but very noisy on Sunday morning 5AM???

    “ you just have to put up!”

    If you’re looking for an un aircon hotel with wear and tear issues , then this is probably the place for you. We checked in to Luc, only to be told “ there is no air con” . We booked under the important there was air con, and the hotel advertises that there is air con, but we were told by the eco” you will just have to put up”( quote) The stands of the room was average. See photo attached, floor boards lifting off the floor( water damage?) No extra blankets ( also available in most hotels that are 3 star throughout Spain) open clear for hanging clothes but no extra blankets which we found interesting.Great location however, and lovely outside balcony which was welcomed. The hotel does breakfast only. No bar or restaurant but there are several really excellent places nearby.

    Housekeeping needs to improve.

    Not a bad hotel per se, but we had some issues. It’s very central with easy walking distance to the old town and cathedral. We also had a nice welcome and our room on 5th floor had great light coming in and some views. Housekeeping however was not up to scratch. Towels were frayed -twice in a row even after we had asked for new. Some kind of muck was on the bathroom door from a previous guest. We had drainage problems and the windows were dirty. One of the two bins was not emptied and we had mosquitos in the room. We even found squished mosquitos on the wall from previous plagued guests. Breakfast was so so and the breakfast staff a bit rough.
