  The staff were friendly and helpful,rooms had everything like washing, towels, hairdryer and overall the bed was Sooooo comfortable, slept very well every night..In the city centre close to ALL historical monuments and restaurants and fantastic bars..price was also nearly the cheapest.. FANTASTIC

  Unprofessional, dirty and chaotic

  Very dirty room, bathroom covered in mold, no shower curtain, no internet in the room. Unprofessional staff at reception; they entered the room when we were not there, moved all our stuff to take out a bed. When we complained about all this, they were not really listening or trying to figure out a solution. The hotel didn't seem to have set as a priority to keep the costumer satisfied. When we asked to speak to the manager, they were unwilling to contact him/her and offered a ten euro compensation out of their own pocket (we didn't accept this, of course). Extremely unprofessional.

  Good location, 2 star hotel

  The location is very good, at walking distance from almost everything (restaurants, bars, marina, Maria Pita square, Riazor pavillion and football stadium, supermarkets, etc), yet on a pedestrian small street with no bars there, so there is no major noise coming from outside.There is, however, a lot of noise coming from inside, since toilet flushing and shower from other rooms will be loudly heard in your room. Also, you can distinctly hear the steps and the voice of guests passing by your door.My room had 2 beds, one of which with a bad, uncomfortable mattress, because it had a depressed central part. The other one, however, was ok and comfortable.The size of the room and of the bathroom was more than enough and the bathroom had an exterior window. Very good shower, btw, with fast and stable hot water.It's a 2 star hotel, so no surprise there was no hairdryer, no fridge, no air con.   Economic and good hotel

  Clean and nice rooms, modern style. Hotel is close to the historic quarter, and has some excellent bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Limited traffic in front of the hotel, quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Continental breakfast, not very exciting but ok.

  Great location but cold and damp rooms

  The hotel was at a great location near the old town and the beach. Staff was most helpful and very kind, although spoke very little English. I noticed no noise during the nights, because the restaurants below closed already at midnight.The minus side was that the rooms were cold and damp. There was huge amount of visible black mold on the ceiling over the shower. I stayed in two different rooms, and for both it was the same. In the second room there was a smoke smell when I first entered it, and a cigarette stump in the toilet.There was only one hair dryer for the whole hotel.But in the end, a positive experience.
