  Great Location but not Much in Service or Travel Comfort

  A block from the cathedral, you can't beat the price for location but you get what you pay for. There is no Front Desk, just a day staffer who prepares breakfast and cleans so if the individual isn't there when you arrive, check-in is electronic. That being said, the automated check-in box works very well and is easy to use. Our room had a comfortable bed but was very small. The walls were also thin so we heard people walking by in the night. Normal conversations were heard in other rooms and showers. Although the staff are very friendly and helpful, if you have an early departure, you are your own to get a cab. The breakfast offered with the room was minimalist - toast and granola. If you are on the pilgrimage and don't need much, then this hotel will be great. If you are on a more traditional holiday, you may not be completely pleased.

  This lovely boutique hotel has a great location, just off the Plaza del Obradoiro, near the Cathedral of Santiago. All major sights and many restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance. Both the management and the rooms are charming. Give it a try when you travel to Santiago. You will find yourself well located and welcome.

  Very little, bit no so nice

  Here for the first time, I arrive here for 1 night. I pay immediate. The room is enough, double bed, but the bathroom and the room are not so clean. I don’t find anyone for claim. I sleep the entire night but at 4 am I escape from the bedroom, not so cozy!

  the art hotel, an excelent service in a central location

  this small hotel is located a few steps (100 m?) away from the main square in Santiago. There is an automated system for registration but during the day someone will help you with this. The rooms are big enough with a closet and a comfy armchair but no good lamp to read on bed.The bed was soft and the pillows were OK. There are several floors with rooms named after an art or profession.The breakfast is good with fresh orange juice and geat coffee. Yogurt, some fruits, ham, cheese and fresh bread was a plus to start in the morning. The hotel was quiet and the service was very good.The taxis drive you to the airport on a fixed fee (21€).

  Wonderful Spot in Santiago!

  This is a lovely little hotel in the perfect location - on a quiet street just a block from the cathedral. The host, Victor, was wonderful. Very friendly, funny and accommodating. We really loved him! Our room was spotless, tasteful and comfortable. The continental breakfast was nice: fresh squeezed orange juice and great coffee. Highly recommend.
