Wonderful service and food

American traveling during Thanksgiving and ordered Turkey! Was delicious, even if not prepared in traditional way. Turkey leg over perfectly cooked basmati rice. Order the Turkey Nebozado. Food and service at hotel is great! Very helpful staff, and very nice local wines. Warm and Welcoming Hotel in Ferrol Spain

This gem of a hotel was perfect for my visit. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. The room was spotlessly clean and tidy and the bed linens and towels were very comfy. The food and drinks served at the Cafe in the lobby were delicious. My only complaint is that my room was right next to the houskeeping service room which was noisy each morning beginning at 8:00am. But still giving 5 stars as all the other attributes made up for the inconvenience. Hotel does not have tea and coffee facilities in your room as some pictures show. I was a bit gutted about that as I like a brew whilst getting ready in the mornings. However I cannot fault this hotel. Daily maid service friendly and helpful staff, clean room and the free parking is a bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was very comfortable and very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was adequate though could have had a better selection of cereals. I haven't given it a 5 star rating because the menu in the cafeteria was rather limited. Hotel V, Director General at Hotel Valencia, responded to this review Dear Jennifer. Thank you for your review. We have been working on our cafeteria menu and we have now a much better choices for meals and dinners. We are very happy to know that the rest of the stay was so good.
