    Thank you Alannia Costa Blana, Crevillente for another fantastic winter in the sun (some of the time). We loved karaoke nights in the bar, aquagym classes, the spa & meeting new friends & old in the plaza over coffee. A lovely relaxed site with plenty going on.Special thanks to your fantastic waiters & waitresses who are always smiling & friendly, The animation team Carlos, Anita, Maria, Nico, Tatti & Carola they're all a very talented bunch & go above & beyond to entertain everyone.We stayed with Euro Resorts, Karen & Mark are fab wardens, had a great stay!!!     Alannia Costa Blanca is a great spot, and being just 20 minutes from the airport is great after a late flight.We booked through EuroResorts and the whole experience was spot on. They sent us everything we needed before we arrived, and the reps on-site were super friendly and helpful. Our place was really clean and tidy, and having three bedrooms was a massive bonus because the kids loved having their own rooms. Plus, the decking was the perfect place to chill out with a glass of wine at night.The main pool with the slides was closed while we were there, but the one right behind our mobile home was open. It’s such a lovely pool—with all the palm trees, it honestly feels like you are in the Caribbean. The onsite restaurant is great as is the bar and the shop everything is reasonably priced.     Check in early Which was good, but cabin very poor, it says self catering honestly that's a joke no cooker, no toaster and no cooker. There was a small coffee maker for over the the hob which does 1 pot noddle for size. If you don't drive don't come, very far out of the way €60 to get to alicante trying to get back was a nightmare as no one was willing to help most taxis and shops couldn't understand us or just wasn't willing to help a family of 5.Resturant on site not to bad of food but no much choice at all, no breakfast options either. Mini Market is good but again what could we cook with no cooker. Kids mini club has been brillaint I'd say it was only highlight of our holiday. Also if you don't have anything included youve to pay extra for indoor pool/ tennis ect.     Euro Resorts accommodation-worst place I have stayed

    ***EURO RESORTS ACOMMODATION*** at Alannia This is by far the worst place I have stayed! It is the 1st time I have used this company and never again. I have been going to Alannia for 5 years and always booked with Alannia direct. I made the serious error of booking with Euro Resorts on this trip. My cabin was not fit for purpose. The sockets came off the wall, the kitchen appliances were either rusty, dirty or broken. The toilet door would stick and the toilet over flushes. There was a hole in the wall of the bedroom and holes in the sheets!!! The aircon/heating smelt awful so it was also cold. That is to mention but a few problems. I made a full complaint to the owner who told me he would come back to me when I asked for a refund and he has not done a thing. On top of that the people running the cabins on site for this company told me it is one of their worst cabins!! Its just not fit for purpose. I would avoid this company at all costs and book direct with Alannia. I have used Alannia's cabins on multiple occasions and they are a dream by comparison. The facilities on the site itself are lovely and always have been. It is however a great shame that this company based on Alannia feel it is appropriate to offer such cabins to the visiting guests. To say it was a disappointment is an understatement.
