Location

The complex is located in the Old Town of Alicante, in a building just 50 metres away from the Hospes Amerigo hotel, and close to Alicante's most emblematic buildings, such as the town hall and St. Nicholas' Cathedral. It also provides easy access to Postiguet beach and Santa Barbara Castle, from where guests can enjoy magnificent views of the city as well as the Barrio de Santa Cruz, the Museum of Fine Arts and the port. Guests will find nightlife options within 100 metres of the hotel, the bus station is 1 km away and Alicante train station is 2 km away. Alicante-El Altet Airport is approximately 18 km from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 11 apartments, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     SCAM SCAM SCAM ! This rental is a complete SCAM!

    Beware! This rental is a complete SCAM!We booked this apartment through Booking.com, trusting the photos and description, but when we arrived, the reality was completely different. The apartment was not only dirty but also in terrible condition, looking nothing like the pictures. It was a shocking and misleading experience from start to finish.We immediately reached out to Booking.com customer service, but they refused to help, completely distancing themselves from the situation. On top of that, the windows are not double-glazed, so we could hear every single noise from the street as if we were outside.We plan to go to the police station to do everything we can to track down these scammers and prevent others from falling into the same trap. Avoid this rental if you don’t want your vacation ruined! You shouldn’t have to fight for the basic standards you were promised. This was a huge disappointment, and it’s shameful that Booking.com allows such deceptive practices.

    Not a place to go if you want to sleep. Very noisy from the street until 4 o'clock in the night, an starting up again with the garbage workers at 6 o'clock The internet did not work at all. Insted of doing something about this they blamed us. Stay away !

    Stayed for 4 nights in July. Booked through ebookers who email the main front door code and the apartment code the night before.Apartment not well sound proofed and on a very noisy corner. Safe not robust, shower overflowed after about 2 minutes. For me the accommodation is cheap and cheerful, but would rather have the benefit of a hotel and reception etc

    Please be aware we have booked these apartments for this coming November and just found out that they no longer have any association with the hospers Amerigo hotel.I personally telephoned the hotel and asked the question and was told they do not run these apartments any more and you are not allowed to use the hotel facilities further more by reading the recent reviews we have tried to get our money back with our providers and we are having trouble even though we booked these apartment because the web site and many other web sites are still advertising these apartments as the amerigo and stating you can use the hotel facilities.We have stayed at the amerigo hotel before and it is a really good hotel and knew that the apartments were first class so we booked after just checking a few reviews, then all the bad reviews came flooding in due to the new management company taking over.Think twice before booking these apartments and do your home work.

    Clean and comfortable apartment

    The apartment was clean and very comfortable. The shower was powerful with lots of hot water. We didn’t try to cook but it seemed reasonably well equipped. The apartment is in an excellent location and was quiet in April. The facade is low key with no obvious sign so you need to look for number 17. When we arrived there was no reception but we were given a code for the street door and the apartment. An added bonus was the daily cleaning service.
