Location

The hotel is situated 200 m away from Levante beach, close to the pedestrian promenade. Links to the public transport are 50 m away. Calpe town centre is 2 km and Alicante Airport is 70 km away.

Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Absolute top class staff and rooms, everyone's very polite. Sometimes it can be a bit crowdy at breakfast and/or dinner, but no major issue, even with table for five. I will be back next year!     The only minus is that the beds are a bit hard. Otherwise everything else get top score from us. Food is good, service is excellent and it is very clean and nice.     This review is a bit late but it's for Alba who was on reception in Nov 2025. She was sincere in handling my complaint (cleaning of coffee machines in dining room -Hope it's done!!) It was my first time in the Diamente as I have spent 20 years plus staying in the Esmeralda (which is now open-yipee).     Nice hotel ,but needs to sort out catering for celiacs

    Large hotel ,spacious rooms ,you can ask for kettle ,they will bring one up for you .Food in dining room at evening buffet very good ……but I did have problems five out of the seven mornings I stayed there 🙁.As a celiac I had to order each evening bread for breakfast ,this became a problem for me as ,breakfast does not start until 8 am ,and as we were on a walking holiday ,I needed to be on the coach at 9 o’clock .Whilst every member of my group tucked into breakfast ,I always was kept waiting whilst my bread rolls were baked ,sometimes up to 20 mins .Whilst I did appreciate the lovely baked rolls ,why could they not be ready at 8 am for me ,as I had ordered the night before .This was quite stressful for me and on one occasion I did burst into tears with frustration !There needs to be a better system in place ,perhaps a quiet corner ,with a toaster and sliced gluten free bread as I have encountered in other hotels in Europe .Apart from this problem ,I had a great stay Guest Service, Other at AR Diamante Beach Spa Hotel & Convention Centre, responded to this review Dear Tina,Thank you very much for your comments!We are pleased to know that you have positively valued the attention of our staff and services, essential aspects of our commitment to providing quality service.We have taken note of the points mentioned and will take the necessary steps to correct them.We hope to see you again!Guest Service

    The rooms are large and comfortable and the buffet is excellent. Gym is topnotch, though the music is a bit loud.
