Location

These apartments are located directly on the beachfront and in the heart of Calpe downtown. They offer easy access to all local services and facilities, and the immediate vicinity features a range of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops. Benidorm is around 15 km away and El Altet Airport is approximately 60 km from the accommodation.

Facility

The apartment complex has 42 apartments, which are located on 8 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The complex offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. A refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a dishwasher are standard features. A washing machine is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a TV and WiFi are provided as well.     Really disappointed in the apartment. Very old appliances and shabby furniture. Curtains have had better days. Despite having a sea view apartment there were no sun loungers which there has been before in all of the apartments we have had in the past with the exception of the street-view. What is the point in having a sea view without a sun-bed? Two chairs and a little table. They don’t seem to care about repeat guests anymore since the rebrand. Prices have gone up and no real refurbishment has been given to the apartments. Long queues at reception with very few staff. Otherwise the hotel is lovely.

    Lots of noise, poor sleep

    Despite having asked for a quiet apartment on higher floor when booked a year ago due to health issues that make a good night's sleep crucial, we were allocated an apartment on third floor with bedrooms right above Irish pub. As feared, it was quite impossible to get any sleep well before 2.30 am as the bedrooms' huge windows are not double glazed and the general soundproofing is not adequate to cope with the nose generated by the lively neighbouring pubs and clubs. After 3 very poor night's sleep and a lot of pleading ( and inconvenience, as we spent the best part of the day waiting in the lobby ) we were moved to a similar apartment on higher floor which didn't solve the issue as, again, we were above the music roaring pub. We had been the year before and had a great holiday due to the fact that we had an apartment (52) whose bedroom were away from the street, windows towards an inner patio. Very quiet! As we understand every of the 8 floors has 2 of them ( numbers ending in 2 and 3) and 3 nosy apartments with numbers ending in 1, 4, 5. After the 4th poor night's sleep ( very loud music and street noise/yelling until 4am) we asked and pleaded again for a quiet apartment with internal bedrooms but told in uncertain terms that it was fully booked by the head receptionist. We knew for a fact that apartment 83 was empty as we asked the maids that were cleaning it for loo rolls and could see from the hall that it was empty. We mentioned it and yet the head receptionist stuck to his script: fully booked, no other apartments available!! Why lying? Was it for more important guests? We decided to cut the holiday short and fly back home after 4 days instead of staying two weeks. Hence sharing our experience if a great sleep is essential to your holiday...

    Amazing apartment

    A brilliant apartment - large cool rooms and everything you need for a family stay. The apartments are close to the beach and you can access the hotel restaurant and pool/beach bar. Hotel provides towels for the pool and beach. Optional cleaning service, which we didn’t use, but it was really useful to have a washing machine. There is a supermarket below the hotel and you get some discount vouchers to use, really handy. Tips - take some slippers, the floors are tiled. Buy a parasol for the beach from Ale Hop across the road (cheapest) and parasol hooks from the souvenir shops. It’s easy to get a spot on the beach all day, the sea is warm and amazing and the beach is clean. Try the hotel breakfast - huge choice and really tasty! Loads of restaurants in walking distance. We really enjoyed the location and took a catamaran trip from the marina, well worth it. The old town is just up the hill from the hotel and that is really pretty too. A really nice place to stay, well worth it would definitely recommend.

    Fantastic Holiday

    Just returned from a fantastic 11 nights. we had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (34) it was on a corner and wow what a view with its lovely wrap around balcony.check in was well explained and key cards issued (you need these to access the lifts to go to the pool area where you get free towels that can be exchanged daily if required.) the apartment was excellently equipped although could do with more than the 2 chairs and 1 table outside when the room is for 4 people?. No rushing for sunbeds as the area is closed until 09:30. the beach is a 1 - 2 minute walk from the hotel with lovely soft sand and a gentle slope into the sea and plenty of loungers (charged locally). excellent Restaurants nearby with good quality food available. drinks in the hotel are comparable with outside and the view from the 360 bar is lovely to watch the sunsetting over Calpe rock. We hired a car for a few days to explore the area, organised via reception (victoria cars) this was so easy and you get discounted parking with the hotel.will be returning excellent holiday.     Great hotel

    Was moved to this hotel as it’s sister one the Suitopia was unavailable and so glad we were. Staff friendly on arrival and explained how things worked. Room was really really good. Long balcony, loads of wardrobe space, 2 bedrooms, 2bathrooms, separate kitchen with everything you need (even a kettle which you don’t often get in Spanish hotels). Nice dining room as well. Right in the middle of Calpe but no noise at all. Got a fruit platter and bottle of cava sent to our room as well as it was almost out 1st wedding anniversary.
