  We endorse all earlier comments. Yes, close to the beach and town centre... Yes it's "rather old" in decor and Yes Yes Yes it's scrupulously clean.We love the San Juan festival in Torrevieja but our apartment is too far to walk for return. Up to now we'd taken a night stay at a 3 star hotel but were disappointed in 2024 so we chose Fresno. And we were delighted. Much larger than we thought- two double rooms and a spacious lounge area. Kitchen fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, washing machine and iron. Ironing board in one of the spacious wardrobes along with ample fluffy towels. Even found washing-up liquid and tea towels in kitchen. Thoughtful. Aircon was fully working- good job as this was the warmest day so far.Very polite and efficient check in- TIP!! Take UK drivers licence for proof of UK UK address. (We live in Wales- inherent problems with spelling!)We left a 50€ deposit which was returned following morning after another friendly receptionist checked before we left.Can't think of any major bad points- we read about the old decor such not an issue for us.All the good points mentioned already- totally agree. My wife is a light sleeper- no traffic noise and the bed was to her liking.Will definitely stay again next year.

  We checked in here for a 9 day stay and we were not impressed. Stayed here before but didn't experience the issues we ran into this time. First the bathroom had a disguisting smell, it was spread in the whole apartment from time to time. Complained about it a couple of times and they said they knew about it. They showed very little concern about the problem. Over all the staff was very nonchalant.Beds were awful, think they have had the same beds for ages. Poor cleaning also.The only thing we could find positive is the location.   Myself and my husband have just returned 9th October from our 4th holiday since 2017 in Apartmentos Fresno.We would highly recommend this place again. Sylvia Sonia and Marianella at 24 hour reception are so welcoming and professional.Apartment as on previous visits spotlessly clean everything supplied sheets and towels changed regularly great Wifi and English tv channels if required. We stayed for a month and had no problems at all. It is so close to Playa del Cura beach only 2 minutes walk away.   We had booked a three bed apartment for two nights in January for March. There are only the two of us but my o/h has had both knees replaced and needs a walk in shower and I had noted that some people said the balconies of the two beds were small and I love sitting on balconies reading with a glass of wine.The day before we were to book in, seeing the sights of Alicante, we received a phone call from them saying that they did not have a three bed for us but could offer us a two bed. We felt we had no choice but to accept it but felt disappointed and unsettled.The next day instead of travelling there by bus we paid nearly 70 Euros for a taxi, wondering if they really did have a room for us. The lady on reception was very apologetic and said we could have the room at two instead of 4 p.m. and stored our luggage for us.. She took us to apartment 2A. The sofa and chair were tatty, nothing like the furnished rooms in the photos shown on their web site. The balcony faced another block and there was very little natural light; in fact the apartment got no sun at all so the rooms were freezing. Outside on the promenade it was a pleasant 20- 23 degrees in the sun and about 17 in the shade but as soon as you walked in to the apartment , it was a case of putting jumpers and coats on and lights on.So we didn`t have a shower, balcony too cold to sit on, threw away all the food we had bought for breakfasts as it was too cold and depressing to stay in the apartment. The receptionist who made your reservation was dismissed, he did not work for the caused inconveniences to you for this reservation.- In the website where you made the reservation does not say "Sunny apartment or bigger balcony", you only choosen an apartment 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms, one with bath and other with shower.This was our main mistake and for this cause we called you for to inform you and asked if you accepted our proposal. We have same apartments sunny side and other not sunny.- the air conditioning (cold and warm) is not included from March to May, but you can ask for a reception with a little payment.- we check the chair and sofa and it is true that it is broken or tatty. The sofa is new.   Third time unlucky.

  Third time staying at Fresno. First two times had a nice 2 bedroom apartment at front of building, between 7/8 hours sunshine on the balcony each day. Unfortunately, this time allocated apartment (1A) on side of building. Balcony was 8 metres from building across an access lane and received no sunshine at all. If booking, try hard to avoid any apartments not to the front of the building.
