    Absolutely amazing, friendly staff, luxury suites, amazing pool. Close to shops,bars, restaurants. Stunning views. The suite was beautiful and decorated lovely. We had a large balcony with seating. The bathrooms were stocked with everything you need ie shower gel shampoo, conditioner etc. Beds were super comfy with nice bedding. Cleaning room staff we friendly and thorough. Exceptionally clean. We loved our stay so much we are booking again already. Only minor things would be sofa back cushion zip broken, small stain on carpet by coffee table and small chips in 1 sink. Didn't effect our stay at all it was just things my OCD picked up on. Beautiful hotel with great staff and a high level of standard. Highly recommend to couples who want a luxury stay with everything on their doorstep.

    Fabulous hotel. The fragrance the minute you walk through the door, the sophisticated lobby design, the friendly staff and robot vacuum and you’re not even checked in yet. Didn’t have breakfast but did eat in the evening - set menu good value for money and tasty. Hotel communal areas toilets corridors lifts beautiful and very clean and the sane sophisticated design. Room spacious plenty of closet space and nice balcony area. Bathroom top notch with plenty of hot water and powerful shower. Beds and pillows really comfortable. We bought extra tea, coffee and milk to make extra drinks and the surrounding area has plenty of choice to eat. Highly recommended hotel to stay and great value for money. The roof top pool is an added extra it can get breezy and the pool is cold but it is only April the photos don’t do it justice the views are great you can even see the sea. This hotel is an absolute winner close to airport and surrounding areas good location for exploring more of Spain which was the purpose of our journey.

    Second time at the AJ now and we are booked for a third time in October 2026 it is a great location to visit plus it is not far from the Airport (Alicante) and the Hotel is fantastic for walkers like us! If you want a relaxed holiday sat around the pool this is the place for that too we choose to visit people we know and this is our base plus in the evenings the complex over the road from the Hotel has all the facilities you want!

    Me and my partner booked this hotel for 2 nights strictly for business. Before our arrival we had told them that we would require the room with a bath and not the shower due to health reasons, They had completely disregarded our request and gave us the shower room. We also requested a double bed and when we entered our room is was 2 single beds pushed together :/ . As previously mentioned we came he for WORK . As our work requires late nights we of course wanted to have a sleep in in the morning, but at 10am our door was being knocked down despite having a DND sign. It woke us out of bed, it was a maintenance man who wanted to check something on the balcony. He came into the room and briefly looked at the balcony and left. Then we heard him begin using loud power tools right outside our door still in the AM! The breakfast was ample. And they also had no room service or anywhere to get some water after 12am. Overall a poor experience and not worth the money atall.
