Location

The hotel is situated only 600 metres, 10 minutes on foot, from San Juan Beach and nearby there is a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops. The city of Alicante is 10 km away.

Guests have a choice of 156 rooms, including 32 junior suites, 2 suites and 119 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

    Great golf and padel hotel

    Stayed for a Friday and Saturday night a few weeks ago with 2 friends and it was a great choice. The hotel is around 25 mins by taxi from the airport and around 10 mins by taxi into the centre. Hotel is great value and breakfast is well worth booking. We played Padel tennis at the Bela padel centre which is over the road and has 15 courts. The hotel also has 2 courts of its own. We played golf on the Saturday and Sunday and the course was in great condition. Lots of lakes so you have to be careful when driving! It is a long walk between some of the holes so definitely recommend booking buggies. The hotel is near the beach and you can catch the tram into the centre. There is also a lively complex literally over the road from the hotel with bars , restaurants and clubs. For the price the hotel is well worth booking and will definitely return. Lovely view of the course from our balcony.

    Not a proper 4 star!

    This is a lovely hotel with great restaurants, BUT there were some definite problems and some missing items from the room. There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the room which you would expect in a 4 star hotel. In the bathroom there was nowhere to hang your damp bath towels to dry off, not even a hook on the door. In the main bedroom there is no makeup mirror and what could be classed as the desk/dressing table, there is no light. The bathroom light is good, but the stool provided in there was not high enough to see myself in the mirror and I really don't want to put my makeup on in a room I or my husband has just showered in.When we arrived, the lift would also not stop at the floor that reception was on. This was rectified by the following morning. The safe was also jammed open and this took the whole day to fix, leaving me no option but to carry our passports etc out with us at night. We also asked for shampoo and shower gel to be replaced and an extra pillow on our second day there. Having been out for the full day, we returned and nothing had been delivered. It took 3 more visits to reception before items were replaced and this only happened when we came back at night. For a 4 star hotel I did expect service to be better.

    Brilliant Golf Course

    I recently played at Alicante Golf Course and was really impressed. The course was in brilliant condition throughout, with well-kept fairways and smooth greens that made the round even more enjoyable. It’s a long course, but the layout is very well thought out, offering a great balance of challenge and playability. Each hole felt unique, keeping the round interesting from start to finish.

    Beautiful hotel, but the food experience was disappointing!

    We had a fantastic room overlooking the golf course and the pool. The bed was comfortable and huge, as was the room. The bathroom would benefit from a refurb, although I understand some of the rooms are refurbished. We were disappointed with the service at the pool restaurant at lunchtime, and in the main restaurant in the evening, we were disappointed with the food offerings. For example, there was a pork loin dish that came with nothing, and no option to order either, the burger was served with crisps - strange! The food itself was fine, just very odd. There were people in the pool sitting on the steps whilst smoking, none of the staff spoke to them about it! Again strange.

    Carefull!! Do not book your golf round at hotel they over charge you by quite a bit. Also offered to pick us up from airport for 160£. Normal taxi from the airport was 40£. Food is very good but very small amount. Great breakfast. Also could not have a drink at the pool because the poolside bar was closed and they did not aööow us to take trinks from the inside bar
