Location

The hotel is located around 500 m away from the town centre, around 300 m from the beach, and with access to public transport just 150 m away. Scores of restaurants, bars and pubs are just 500 metres away.

The hotel has 122 rooms, including 69 suites and 36 double rooms, which are located on 4 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Children are well looked after in the kids' club.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café, a bar and a pub. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Great hotel - let down by some staff

    I'll start with the positives. Great location, a clean,smart and quiet hotel and the half-board food quality and variation was very good. The rooms were in good condition and have a kitchenette but they seem to have been de-commisioned, so just a fridge that works and a few cups.Our group seemed to be on completely separate tariffs when it came to food in the evening - some had free wine, some had just a free glass and others had to pay - I think they're pricing policy could be improved ans made clearer. I liked that you could swap an evening meal with lunch in advance - in case you wanted to make use of the many wonderful places to eat in Denia old town - which is a walk away.Onto the negatives - hotel front of house were fine - but the staff in the poolside bar were atrocious - to the point of rudeness - we were shocked. I'll cite just one example as this is enough - one of our group ordered a glass of cava - but it wasn't chilled at all. So we asked for this to recitified and were told that there were no chilled bottles - so we asked for some ice and we couldn't believe what happened next. The bar staff came out with an ice cube and just dropped it into the top of the glass - spilling it everywhere ... and just walked away! I really think she is in the wrong job. If the hotel reads this - please review the quality of the customer service you offer.

    The waiter shouted at me and bullied me. I'm a 72 Yr old pensioner. Reception didn't want to help. Because we were not Spanish they were unhelpful. I have never been screamed at by a waiter before. It was disgusting and frightening. Guests do not need this treatment on holiday. The food was not very good either.
