  Myself and my daughter stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is located perfectly for access to the beach and promenade. Due to its location it can be a little noisy but it’s all quiet by 11/12. The staff were all friendly and helpful and the breakfast is fresh and ample. My only real concern hence 4 stars, was over the privacy of the bathroom in our room. There was no proper door between bedroom and bathroom.. just a glass door with frosted glass which offered no real privacy. Thanks for a nice stay.   Excellent hotel, staff and breakfast, cleanliness needs improvement.

  Excellent location, close to old town, harbour and beach. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast great, everything you need and beautifully laid out. Booked a junior suite, both room and bathroom size is excellent. It is clear when booking that these rooms only have inner courtyard views, however, there is no lighting in the lounge area of the room and with no real natural light it makes the room incredibly dark, unable to read at any time of the day. Needs better lighting or some lamps. The only thing that really lets the hotel down is the general lack of cleanliness, both in the rooms and in communal areas. The room cleaning was greatly lacking, limited to emptying the bins and changing towels, not even wiping down the surfaces or floors. The curtains and window in the room were filthy! The hotel needs some attention to detail and to improve on cleaning to be worthy of its four star rating.   4 of us on a 3 night visit early December, a lovely stay with great staff, nice clean rooms and a great location. The only negative when we checked in we asked about any processions taking place and the lady on reception said no, we then found out there were 2 large ones the following day. Apart from that everything superb including the bar staff in the evening led by Anna, a superb team engaging with us and making the evening special, and a special mention to the lovely Marina. We had some great nights at the bar!   This is the noisiest hotels ever !

  If your unlucky enough to get checked into a front facing room , which unfortunately we was be prepared for no sleep ! Very quickly after getting to our room it was apparent that it was going to be really noisy , I went down to the reception to ask if we could swap rooms , the guy told us that unfortunately all the inside rooms were booked , and he assured me the noise didn’t continue through the night . It did , the noise was constant all through the night , there was lorry’s , motorbikes , cars racing , and people shouting all night , my partner that could sleep through an earthquake, didn’t sleep a wink either ! I just feel that €170.00 euros for a night is a hell of a lot of money to basically just shower and get no rest .The balcony is closed off with just two wooden doors which is why it is so bad ! So my advice is to ask for an interior room if you’re going to stay here . When checking out in the morning I told the girl on reception how awful it was she said she would speak to the manager . We haven’t heard from them as yet .However I must say how friendly the staff are and the hotel is a great location to everything.
