Location

This hotel is located in a rural residential area. It is situated beside the sea between two fine sand beaches just 5 km from the town of Torrevieja where guests will be able to discover countless shopping and entertainment venues. Torrevieja may easily be reached by making use of the public transport for which a stop is located directly in front of the hotel (200 m).

Facility

This hotel was renovated in 2024. 221 rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools (for a fee). Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. A variety of activities such as tennis, basketball and jogging or, for a fee, golf, are offered at the hotel. The hotel offers numerous indoor sports, including table tennis, billiards and table football or, for a fee, a gym. There is a wellness area with a spa and a beauty salon and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a buffet restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    We really enjoyed a 7 night stay with B&B and dinner in the evenings. This must be the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. All staff were really friendly and efficient. The food was up there with the best we have ever had on a half board basis. A great selection at breakfast to suit everyone and a wide variety of choice for the evening dinner, all of an excellent quality and taste. The food was also hot at dinner which is often a failing at other hotels. The pool area and pool bar also excellent. Would definitely recommend.     An Wonderful and Amazing Experience

    As usual, just like in the past 13 years, our stay at our favorite hotel — Servigroup La Zenia — was a true delight and gave us immense moments of satisfaction. The excellent quality of the welcome, the allocation of the requested room (815 — which we would also like to be assigned for the reservation made yesterday for the period April 15–19, 2026 — Booking reference: 1276576; Membership number: 70546), the variety and quality of the restaurant services — all of these contributed to a memorable experience, for which we thank you sincerely.However, if we may allow ourselves to offer a few suggestions: it is sad to notice that, year after year, the attention paid to details has diminished considerably. There are no longer shoehorns available, nor is there the small souvenir (a mug with the Servigroup logo or a bag with the same logo). It is certainly understandable that you may invoke cost-saving reasons, but these amounts are easily recovered by a slight increase in tariffs, which is perfectly reasonable. Practically, it’s just a few euros.Regarding the absence of coupons for a spa session, we are confident this was an accident.Once again, we wholeheartedly thank you for the extraordinary experience we had during our visit, which gave us the utmost satisfaction.The star rating we give you is 5 Stars (super), as well as the quantifiable rating: 9.9/10.0.We look forward to seeing you again with the same pleasure on April 15, 2026.Best wishes!     We stayed here last week as part of a large group at a conference. My parents and I had two rooms and whilst they are a little dated, they were very clean and the position of the hotel, right on the beach is amazing.What stood out for us was the staff. When we arrived we realised we hadn’t booked a disabled room and there were none available. We asked the receptionist where we could rent extra equipment, including a wheelchair from. The staff were so kind and able to lend us a frame for the bathroom and a wheelchair for the whole of our stay. We also caused a lot of extra work for our room attendant, she was so friendly and nothing was a problem.We ate all our meals at the hotel, the buffet is large and despite various dietary needs, we were always able to find food we liked. The staff in the restaurant were so friendly and helpful too.The only thing we missed was a kettle in our room but as my parents had stayed here before, we took our own and again the staff were happy to lend us cups etc.Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable.     I just wanted to extend my sincere thankyou to La Zenia servigroup for making my girlfriend's 50th birthday party such a special 💗 wonderful occasion. The staff and chef made us a lovely celebration cake especially for us and a bottle of bubbly. The room and dinner and breakfast were perfect.The view and Size of the room you could see the sea for miles and sandy beaches ⛱️.     Great Stay will come back again

    We stayed early October as a family of 4. Hotel is very clean, and accommodating. Staff are so friendly and helpful but service was a abit slow at the bar. Rooms cleaned each day with fresh towels and bed linen and the beds and pillows are super comfortable with a good size room and balcony . Pool is cleaned each night and access to the beach is brilliant with your room key. But the steps to the beach could do with some maintenance/ safety elements. Breakfast offers a huge selection for all to enjoy - a mixture of hot and cold foods, juices and coffee, and changed each hour as we woke a different times during our stay so food was constantly fresh throughout our stay. Dinner is a good selection also a mixture of cold and hot foods, meats and deserts. European style buffet, by far the best weve seen in any hotel . No lounger hoggers , as a sign is up at the pool and everyone seemed to obey it. Hotel is In a great location walking distance of restaurants and shops. The indoor Wellness centre is very relaxing, they give you a free one time pass on arrival which is a lovely gesture - it has a sauna , Jaczzi , pool and gym. It’s €11 in once you have used your free pass. They also give you a one time drinks voucher to get a drink of your choice at the bar. Can’t fault our stay only issue we felt was the service at the bars was quite slow inside the hotel and at the poolside. Would I go again? Absolutely!
