This was a great option very central in Alicante. It is very close to the fantastic Mercado, an eldorado of all kinds of food. The tram is near and so are the bus stop for the airport bus. The hotel is small and so was the room for one person. But it is modern, good bed and the shower was better than home. I will recommend this hotel for everyone who wants a budget hotel.

Room was small but extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean . A 9 minute walk to sea front and bat restaurant right next door with brekkie for 4 euros. Staff were friendly, organise late check out before you arrive via email, it's only a few euros and moves check out from.midday to 3pm . I would say my room would be a squeeze for 2 adults flbut perfect for a solo traveller

La Lonja is a good choice if you are looking for a decent place to stay without spending a lot of money.La Lonja is well located: close to Santa Barbara, the central market is right next door, and the beach is a 15 minute walk away. Although we were provided with ear plugs, we did not really need them as it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. Very nice and friendly staff definitely make up for any inconvenience. Adrian, thank you for all your help!The cleaning service worked well, we had fresh towels every day.Overall, I would just like to have another bin per room. The only one we had in the bathroom was not enough for two people.Overall a very good choice with good service for the money they charge

The initial tired interior belies the condition of the room. As advertised, the room was compact and that was fine. It was totally clean, bed sheets were fresh and the toilet and shower area was immaculate. The guests are even given a bag containing a blindfold and ear plugs. And in the toilet area there is complimentary soap and shower gel/shampoo. My only concern (as a safety professional) was the minimal escape route (one way only) through a small mazed corridor hence the four stars and not five. The location is only a few minutes from all the bars and restaurants. We had a bit of breakfast in the morning in the hostels coffee shop. Cakes, coffee and baguettes were all well priced. Staff were all pleasant and check in/out was easy. I’d definitely use again.

Very professional and extremely good value for money.Very clean and up to date.100m from the central market and all the restaurants and bars you could want if you're prepared to explore.The onsite bar/restaurant is also great value for money and very well presented and the staff are great.It's definitely a return destination.
