  Hotel was spotlessly clean , central location. Room 143 was perfect with 2 Juliet balconies. Facing The Basilica of Santa Maria. We ate in La Cova restaurant which is associated with the hotel , had breakfast and numerous tapas. Exceptional value for money , quality outstanding. We were greeted by Carlos on numerous occasions. The service we received from him was nothing like we have experienced before . This was our second visit to this hotel and Carlos was new to La Cova restaurant . He was super efficient, friendly , helpful, humerus. The service he provided was excellent, we ate every day at La Cova , we knew what to expect …. Perfection from Carols & team .

  Great hotel, would recommend especially for location

  Perfect location in the centre of Alicante. 5/10 minute walk to bars restaurants on the main strip and the marina. Approx 20 min walk from the bus station. The airport bus drops off at the port which is 5 mins from hotel.Friendly staff and as room was ready we could check in early which was great as we were exhausted with travelling.Rooms clean and shower rooms clean and modern. We had a standard apartment which was very spacious. Living area with 2 beds and bathroom, Bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom. Downstairs another sitting area with tv, dining table and kitchen with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, cooker.As the roof terrace is currently closed (disappointed) breakfast was in a cafe around the corner. Plenty of choice for continental breakfast.We were surprised that this is only a 2* rating.   Lovely hotel with an ideal location. Staff were welcoming and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great and had spent of gluten free options and the location is perfect.   This small hotel is well located in the old town, overlooking Basílica Santa Maria, situated within easy walking distance of all the main attractions, cafes, bars and restaurants.The hotel is clean, the shower a little tired as were the towels, breakfast is in the cafe next door that is part of the hotel, Food was good quality, hot and varied.Unfortunately the roof terrace was closed and according to fellow guests, has been for about two years , a real shame, it’s a great space, fantastic views, the hotel is still advertising the terrace for private functions, can’t understand why they haven’t got their act together .I would recommend this hotel, good value for money.   Perfect Hotel in Perfect location

  Perfect Hotel in a Perfect location, staff very friendly and can’t do enough . Rooms are large and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely with so much choice both hot and cold. Would definitely recommend staying here. Big thank you for the Birthday Card and chocolates from the hotel during our stay- was so very kind!
