This establishment is located on La Mata beach, on the beach promenade, around 500 m from Las Salinas of Torrevieja and the dunes. 50 m away, guests will find find a public transport stop with connections to the tourist and shopping centres of Torrevieja, which is located about 4 km away. St. Jaime hospital is only 2 km away, while Alicante - El Altet and San Javier - Murcia Airport are both about 35 km away. Alicante city is 40 km away.

Facility

25 apartments are available to guests. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Great location, well equipped apartment, clean and comfortable. It’s a bit tired but there’s a refurbished happening later this yer. Disappointed that the poolside bar/cafe pictured when booking, was not open (and locals say it has not been for a long time) but there are lots of other options to eat and drink.

    On arrival we had a wonderful and welcoming check in, if you are after a location on the beach this is the one for you.As it was out of season, the nearby restaurant and bars were closed. There were a few open further down, but not as advertised on the website. The atmosphere was relaxed and quietThe rooms were very good, basic but has everything you need for self catering. The value of this hotel was good, The rooms were clean and the surrounding areas too, the rooms were outdated however. We didn’t hear much noise apart from the cleaners in the morning.

    We stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of September in a standard double room. Everything was great large comfortable bed, great bathroom with bath & shower. Small pool which was lovely. The location is what made it for is right on the beach which we already knew in advance as we have been to La Mata many times. We would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.If I could say anything to improve would be in to have somewhere to dry towels, swimming costumes in room as we had no balcony. We will definitely return.

    Just stayed here in Jan 2025. Rooms are shocking, windows don't close properly and have gaps, glass is blown, heating don't work, cooker doesn't work, stuck on "Lo" but don't even get warm, useless radio thing on wall that don't work, bathroom window catches, TV remote broke and don't work the TV, shower head needed replacing. All in all, the place is grubby, bodged and falling apart. See my pictures

    An extremely disappointing experience. In no way did this live up to the description on the website. The area in front of the venue is being dug up to build a new esplanade. So the bar and restaurant are closed and there is no access to the beach. It is all surrounded by fencing and the noise and the dust blow into your room.The most frustrating aspect of this ordeal was knowing it has been like this for months and will continue for months. Yet no where is this mentioned in the website descriptions, nor is advice given at the time of booking. The holiday company have badly let us down and I would advice against anyone going for several months.
