This comfortable beach hotel is located in a peaceful residential area directly beside the sea, close to (800 metres) the splendid sandy beach of Mata. It is 3 km from the Torrevieja city centre and links to the public transport network are to be found in the immediate vicinity.

Facility

The hotel has 2 suites, 4 single rooms and 44 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee).     Stayed here 03/12 - 04/12.A hotel with a lovely view of the sea but oh so old. The whole hotel feels late 90s in the rooms, brown dominates in combination with light cream yellow walls. Perfect as an overnight hotel for 1 - 2 nights if you don't have too high demands. The breakfast is of a simpler standard. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking, however.Pros:Pool.Electric kettle in the room.Refrigerator.View of the sea.Cons:The interior of the rooms is old.No bottled water in the room.Vending machines in the lobby 4 pieces, however only 1 worked.No possibility to exchange euros at the reception which is needed for the vending machines.The elevator is very small, max 2 people.The overall impression of the breakfast is:Selection 3 (1- spartan - 10 overwhelming selection).Quality 4 (1- terrible - 10 highest possible quality).Value for money 3 (1- not worth - 10 absolutely worth the money).Bed firmness 4 (see below*). Mattress needs to be replaced.Value for money on the entire stay 4 (see below**).*(Bed firmness: Sinks right through 0 - Average 5 - lies on top of the mattress 10).**(Throws money down the drain 0 - Break Even 5 - Highest profit 10).

    Breathtaking view from our room. A real wow factor when entering our room for the first time

    This was our second stay at this hotel.The receptionist was friendly and flexible offering us an early check in if needed. View from the room was exceptional. Bed was comfortable and room clean.One quite annoying thing was that it was never easy getting refreshments out of normal meal times. I had to go looking for a member of staff. And that made me feel rather awkward.But all in all a very pleasant stay in a very pleasant hotel. There are some bad reviews for this hotel - and I am at a loss to know how this is possible.

    I would have given zero stars if I could. I am still at the hotel whilst writing. The good points:Set meal very good. Room cleaning very good and the ladies are very helpful and polite. Bus stop outside to the main town. Views from hotel are beautiful The Bad points (quite a few)Been here 5 days and the lift has been out of service at least 7 times. This hotel is NOT disability friendly to get to the pool there are 2 flights of stairs. (no lift to the pool even if it’s working)The only 2 umbrellas are broken there is a few very tired looking sun beds available. The pool is approximately 1.8 meters deep at the shallow end. There is a definite attitude from some staff, front of house helpful, one female server I believe she is Brazilian is one of the most unfriendly people I have ever met. Whilst here there has been a conference which took over the restaurant for 2 days we were given a refund, however whilst getting settled around the pool we were told to leave as they wanted to take photos, this we declined to do and after some discussion between us and the organiser we accepted the offer of a free meal at a restaurant outside the complex. This hotel is very tired and could do with a make over, noted the last was 2004. The pool is in disrepair with tiles missing or at the bottom and surrounding area is poor with trip hazards.The hotel appears to cater for Business and conferences rather than holiday makers. The advertising was misleading The beach is accessible but you need to be able bodied. Mainly stone and shingle sloping access.

    Avoid avoid, the place is dead ! More life in a graveyard. Terrible food and only do set menu, no wine list when asked . Flat beer in warm glasses. Terrible place 😪 There is nothing fun or entertaining about the place and will never use again !!!!!!

    Bad staff flat beer the french woman is so rude fire her now the bar area is dead the rooms are horrible so unwelcome hopefully it will get sold more life in a tramps vest never using the place again been 38 years and ever year it has got worse so don't go to masa it is a crap hotel don't waste your monny.
