This apartment complex is situated next to El Mongó Natural Park, just 200 m from La Marineta beach in Denia. The resort centre is 15 minutes walking distance and guests will find bars, restaurants and shops 1 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 164 apartments located in a 2-storey main building and a 3-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. 6 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. The grounds of the apartment hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge). Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service and a transfer service. A bicycle hire service gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a desk are also available. The kitchenette comes with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. Bathrooms include a hairdryer and are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its pleasantly heated water and 3 outdoor and indoor pools (for a fee). Children can splash around in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub (for a fee). Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. For those who wish to stay active while on holiday, the hotel offers cycling/mountain biking. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy windsurfing and snorkelling. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis, billiards and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym and squash. There is a wellness area with a spa, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. An entertainment programme and a kids' club round out the entertainment options.

Meals

Dining facilities include a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Nice pool area.staff were very friendly, breakfast was good. Did ask for extra towels which didn't come . But used the washing machine in the end.well equipped appartment,could have done with a tea towel. But bought one.     Nice spacious apartment well equipped. Friendly staff. Near to a beach (not the main one but quite nice). WiFi only 4Mbits and frequently drops out, in this this day and age should be able to do better. Plenty of loungers but no cushions unless you pay. 10 mins to a supermarket 30 into the main restaurants in town.     We had booked 3 nights at the Ona Ogisaka hotel, but the reality didn’t live up to the pictures and reviews. The pool was cloudy and smelled bad when we arrived; we didn’t swim in it, yet it still took them another full day to close it down. The sunbeds were made of hard plastic and very uncomfortable to lie on. The whole complex was quite dirty. The room was old, and the furniture had clearly seen better days. The sofa bed with an extra mattress was almost impossible to sleep on – honestly the worst night’s sleep I’ve ever had. We received no cleaning service and no fresh towels. We managed to stay 2 nights before checking out early. Nobody at the reception even asked us why.     We originally checked into this hotel and we were given a room without a working air conditioner. We waited to see if it would come on and then we went to the front desk and they gave us a new room. It was a bit of a hassle to have to switch, but we deeply appreciated the new air conditioned unit. The hotel is under construction and renovation. It did not disturb our visit. It has a great location within walking distance to the beach and to the town.The room was fine. Certainly nothing fancy but well worth a visit.     I think the hotell is good.Maybee some renovation outside is necessary but still good hotell and clean rooms and at least ours was new painted i think. You cant compare to 4-5 star hotell, but its not fair to the place to do that. Fine location and superb staff, very helpful and friendly. Would visit again!
